Главы МИД Армении и Канады обсудили процесс мирного урегулирования карабахского конфликта

Министр иностранных дел Армении Арарат Мирзоян 28 июня провел телефонный разговор с главой МИД Канады Мелани Джоли.
Как сообщили Новости Армении – NEWS.am в пресс-службе МИД РА, стороны с удовлетворением упомянули об эффективном сотрудничестве двух стран в различных сферах, подчеркнув при этом взаимную готовность приложить усилия для дальнейшего углубления армяно-канадских отношений.
Обе стороны отметили важность продолжения обмена опытом с канадской стороной в процессе демократических реформ, осуществляемых Правительством Армении, реализации совместных программ, в частности, в сферах оцифровки общественных услуг, расширения возможностей органов госуправления и гражданской общественности и др.
Министр иностранных дел РА также проинформировал собеседника о ситуации и текущих событиях на Южном Кавказе, а также имеющихся вызовах безопасности. Стороны коснулись вопроса нормализации отношений между Арменией и Азербайджаном, процесса мирного урегулирования карабахского конфликта. В этом контексте министры отметили важность роли сопредседательства Минской группы ОБСЕ.
