Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հերթական տեսաուղերձն է հղել ուկրաինացիներին։ Նա ամփոփել է պատերազմի 124 օրվա արդյունքները:

«Այս ուղերձն առանց ողջույնի է, Կրեմենչուգի առևտրի կենտրոնի վրա Ռուսաստանի այսօրվա հարձակումը Եվրոպայի պատմության մեջ ամենահամարձակ ահաբեկչական հարձակումներից մեկն է։ Խաղաղ քաղաք, սովորական առևտրի կենտրոն, ներսում՝ կանայք, երեխաներ, հասարակ քաղաքացիներ... Մինչ օդային ռմբակոծության մասին ահազանգը, այնտեղ մոտ հազար մարդ կար։

Բարեբախտաբար, որքան հայտնի է, շատերին հաջողվել է դուրս գալ։ Բայց ներսում դեռ մարդիկ կային՝ բանվորներ, այցելուների մի մասը...Միայն ահաբեկիչները, որոնք չպետք է տեղ ունենան երկրի վրա, կարող էին հրթիռներով հարվածել նման օբյեկտին։ Եվ սա սխալ հրթիռային հարված չէ, սա հաշվարկված ռուսական հարված է` կոնկրետ այս առևտրի կենտրոնին:

Այս պահի դրությամբ կա 12 զոհ, 24 վիրավոր։ Մենք պարզում ենք, թե քանի մարդ է գտնվում փլատակների տակ:

Այսօր առավոտյան կոչ եմ արել Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներին Ռուսաստանը ճանաչել որպես ահաբեկչության հովանավոր պետություն։ Համապատասխան բանաձևը հավանության է արժանացել ԱՄՆ Սենատի հանձնաժողովի կողմից, իսկ օրինական որոշում կարող է կայացնել Պետդեպարտամենտը։ Իսկ նման որոշումն ակնհայտորեն անհրաժեշտ է, և դրան պետք է աջակցի ողջ ժողովրդավարական աշխարհը։ Այս մասին պատմել եմ G7-ի գագաթնաժողովի մասնակիցներին:

Ռուսական պետությունը դարձել է աշխարհի ամենամեծ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունը։ Դա փաստ է։ Եվ դա պետք է լինի իրավական փաստ», - ասել է Զելենսկին:
