«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

ԲԴԽ նախկին նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի և ԲԴԽ նախագահի պարտականությունները կատարող Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի զրույցի ձայնագրության մի մասի հրապարակումից անցել է մեկ շաբաթից ավելի, սակայն վերջինս հրաժարական չի տվել, և քրեական գործ էլ հարուցված չէր գոնե երեկվա դրությամբ: Այս օրերին ավելի շատ քննարկվեց զրույցի ձայնագրման «բարոյականության» թեման, քան առերևույթ հանցանքի գործոնն ու, ընդհանրապես, անկախ դատական համակարգի մասին իշխանությունների հայտարարությունների և իրականության տարաբևեռությունը: Օրինակ՝ զրույցի ժամանակ Ջհանգիրյանն ասում է, թե «ես սաղ փակել եմ, էս պահին որևէ բան չի գնում, սկսած Վահագի գործից»: Իսկ ո՞վ է այդ «Վահագը»:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, խոսքը Վահագն Աբգարյանի մասին է, որն ավելի շատ հայտնի է որպես «Ալավերդցի Վահագ»: Իսկ Ջհանգիրյանը խոսում է Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի դեմ հարուցված քրգործի մասին, որով նա մեղադրվում է արդարադատության իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու մեջ: Մասնավորապես, ըստ գործի, Վարդազարյանը, լինելով ԲԴԽ նախագահ, դիմել է դատավոր Անդրանիկ Սիմոնյանին, որպեսզի վերջինս կալանքից ազատի «Ալավերդցի Վահագնին»: Սակայն այստեղ կա մեկ այլ ուշագրավ հանգամանք: Բանն այն է, որ այդ գործը հարուցվել է Ջհանգիրյանի ու Վարդազարյանի զրույցից մոտ երկու ամիս անց:
