Յունիբանկի Բաժնետերերի տարեկան ընդհանուր ժողովն ամփոփեց 2021թ.-ի արդյունքները

2022թ.-ի հունիսի 24-ին տեղի ունեցավ Յունիբանկի Բաժնետերերի տարեկան ընդհանուր ժողովը՝  համատեղ ներկայության կարգով իրական ժամանակի ռեժիմում Zoom հավելվածի միջոցով: Ժողովում ամփոփվեցին բանկի գործունեության 2021թ.-ի արդյունքները և ներկայացվեցին հետագա զարգացման ծրագրերը:
 
«Հաշվետու տարում բանկի կողմից մեծ աշխատանք է տարվել 2020թ.-ի հետևանքները հաղթահարելու, դինամիկ զարգացում և աճ ապահովելու համար: Տարվա կարևոր ձեռքբերումն էր բանկի կապիտալի ավելացումը: Արտոնյալ բաժնետոմսերի տեղաբաշխման արդյունքում՝  Յունիբանկը մոտ 1,1 միլիարդ դրամով համալրեց կանոնադրական կապիտալը», - իր խոսքում նշեց Յունիբանկի Խորհրդի նախագահ Գագիկ Զաքարյանը:
 
Այսօր Յունիբանկն ունի 57 մասնաճյուղ և ավելի քան 330 000 հաճախորդ: 2021թ.-ին բացվել են «Արին Բերդ» և «Մոսկվա» մասնաճյուղերը, իսկ «Տաշիր Կենտրոն», «Տերյան», «Ամիրյան» և  «Երիտասարդական» մասնաճյուղերը նորոգվել և արդիականացվել են:
 
2021թ.-ին  բանկը  պահպանել է առաջատարի իր դիրքը POS վարկերի քանակով: SME Banking Club-ը Յունիբանկը ճանաչել է որպես տարածաշրջանում բիզնեսի համար լավագույն վարկատեսակներ առաջարկող բանկերից մեկը: 2021թ.-ին Visa միջազգային վճարային համակարգը Յունիբանկին շնորհեց «Highest cross-border share in Visa Business volume» մրցանակը:
 
Բանկը, լինելով պարտատոմսերի շուկայի ակտիվ մասնակից, ընդհանուր առմամբ իրականացրել է պարտատոմսերի 18 թողարկում և տեղաբաշխել շուրջ 4,3 մլրդ դրամ և 39,5 մլն դոլար։
 
«Ֆինանսական կայունության և ներդրումային գրավչության բարձրացումը, ռիսկերի կառավարման համակարգի կատարելագործումը և ակտիվների որակի բարելավումը շարունակել են առաջնահերթ լինել բանկի համար», - ասաց  Յունիբանկի Վարչության նախագահ Մեսրոպ Հակոբյանը՝ ներկայացնելով բանկի գործունեության վերաբերյալ Վարչության հաշվետվությունը:
 
Յունիբանկի ակտիվները 2021թ.-ի արդյունքներով կազմել են 252.8 մլրդ դրամ, մեկ տարում աճելով  6.2%-ով: Վարկային ներադրումները կազմել են 135.4 մլրդ դրամ: Պարտավորություններն աճել են 9%-ով՝ կազմելով 222.1 մլրդ դրամ:
 
Սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ծրագրի շրջանակում Յունիբանկը շարունակել է աջակցել կրթական ոլորտին՝ օգնելով սահմանամերձ շրջանների դպրոցներին: Բանկը դարձել է նաև Համահայկական ինտելեկտուալ շարժման մշտական գործընկեր:
 
2022թ.-ի առաջնահերթյուններից են բաժնետոմսերի լրացուցիչ թողարկման միջոցով կապիտալի ավելացումը, միջազգային ֆինանսական կառույցների հետ համագործակցության զարգացումը, մանրածախ վարկավորման շուկայում մասնաբաժնի ավելացումը, որպես երկարաժամկետ համաշխարհային միտում՝ «կանաչ» ֆինանսավորման փորձի կիրառումը, ֆինտեխի օգտագործման ընդլայնումը, այդ թվում՝  արհեստական բանականության կիրառումը փոքր բիզնեսի վարկավորման գործում, և այլն:
