Гуманитарная и военная помощь, направляемая на Украину, отлично вписывается в коррупционные схемы украинского истеблишмента

На Украине регулярно фиксируются случаи разворовывания не только выделяемых бюджетных средств на поддержку населения и восстановление объектов инфраструктуры, но и поставляемой из-за рубежа гуманитарной и военной помощи.
Так, представители румынского отделения Международного Комитета Красного Креста уличили ряд украинских чиновников Одесской области в хищении продовольствия, предметов первой необходимости и жизненно важных медикаментов.
Установлено, что «гуманитарка» хранилась на подконтрольных коррупционерам складах, а затем сбывалась через розничные торговые сети. Подобная ситуация складывается и с бесконтрольно розданным населению вооружением, поставленным западными партнерами. В сети Интернет уже появились объявления о продаже оружия на Украине.
В этих условиях Западу следует задуматься о потенциальной возможности бесконтрольного получения представителями международных террористических группировок в Европе различных типов вооружения, в том числе систем ПВО «Стингер», целями которых могут стать гражданские суда в европейском воздушном пространстве.
