«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործի քննությունը տարօրինակ ընթացք է ստանում, իսկ իշխանությունների և նրանց կցորդ դարձած դատախազության և դատարանի վարքը վկայում է, որ Չալաբյանի դեմ քաղաքական հետապնդում է իրականացվում։

«Իմ կալանքն ընդամենը պատժելու միջոց է՝ բացարձակ քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով»,- Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում այդ մասին ասել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Դատավոր Արմեն Շիրոյանը երեկ քննում էր Չալաբյանի խափանման միջոցը փոփոխելու համար ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Սեյրան Օհանյանի, Իշխան Սաղաթելյանի, Էլինար Վարդանյանի, Հայկ Մամիջանյանի, Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի, ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանի և «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի երաշխավորությունների մերժման դեմ պաշտպանների ներկայացրած բողոքը։

Դատախազն անգամ հարկ չէր համարել ներկայանալ դատարան, իր ծանրաբեռնվածության մասին գրություն էր ուղարկել։ Մեկ ամսից ավելի կալանքի տակ գտնվող Ավետիք Չալաբյանի փաստաբանները նշել էին, թե խնդիր չեն տեսնում, որ գործը քննվի դատախազի բացակայությամբ, բայց դատավորը որոշեց, թե նրա ներկայությունը պարտադիր է, և հետաձգեց նիստը։ Այն կկայանա հուլիսի 21-ին։

Ըստ էության, դատախազի չներկայանալու և դատավորի որոշման պատճառով Չալաբյանը ստիպված կլինի որոշ ժամանակ ևս մնալ ճաղերի հետևում։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի երկամսյա կալանքն ավարտվում է հուլիսի 12-ին, ուստի առնվազն տարօրինակ է դրանից 9 օր անց դատաքննության օր նշանակելը։ Ինքը՝ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիրը, դատարանում հիմնազուրկ է համարել դատախազության հիմնական փաստարկը, թե ազատության մեջ լինելով կխուսափի քննությունից։

«Եթե ես քննությունից խուսափող լինեի, կխուսափեի առաջին 3 օրերի ընթացքում, երբ ձայնագրությունը դրվել էր շրջանառության մեջ, իսկ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը կամ ոստիկանությունը ինձ բերման է ենթարկել իմ բնակության հասցեից, որտեղ ես հանգիստ սպասել եմ, իջել եմ ներքևում զրուցել»,- ասել է նա լրագրողներին:

Բոլոր այս փաստարկները վարչախմբին, դատավորին և դատախազությանը չեն հուզում, նրանք խնդիր են դրել հնարավոր ապօրինի միջոցներով Ավետիք Չալաբյանին պահել կալանքի տակ, ինչն էլ անում են ինքնամոռաց։
