ԱԱԾ նոր բացահայտումը․ 5 անձ է ձերբակալվել
VIDEOՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության և քննչական դեպարտամենտի աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված համալիր օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ապացույցների բավարար համակցություն են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ տուրիստական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող մի շարք անձինք, նախնական համաձայնության գալով իրար հետ, շահադիտական նպատակով կազմակերպել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շուրջ երկու տասնյակ քաղաքացիների անօրինական միգրացիան օտարերկրյա պետություններ, որը կատարել են վերջիններիս կողմից օտարերկրյա պետություններ մուտքի պատշաճ թույլտվություն ստանալու համար կեղծ փաստաթղթեր և տեղեկություններ ներկայացնելով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում խուզարկություններ են կատարվել անօրինական միգրացիայի կազմակերպմամբ զբաղվող հանցավոր խմբի անդամների բնակության հասցեներում, տուրիստական գործակալություններում, որոնց արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են կեղծ փաստաթղթեր պատրաստելու համար նախատեսված սարքեր և սարքավորումներ, քաղաքացիների անձնագրեր, անօրինական միգրացիայի կազմակերպման համար անհրաժեշտ ակնհայտ կեղծ փաստաթղթեր, հանցագործության կատարման համար նախատեսված այլ իրեր ու առարկաներ։
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության այն քաղաքացիների ինքնությունները, ովքեր տուրիստական ընկերությունների միջոցով անօրինական կարգով լքել կամ փորձել են լքել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքը։ Հիշյալ անձինք և նրանց ազգականներն իրենց ցուցմունքներով նկարագրել են հանցավոր սխեմայում ընդգրկված անձանց արարքները, տեղեկություններ հայտնել փոխանցված կամ խոստացված դրամական միջոցների չափի վերաբերյալ։
Հանցանք կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքի հիման վրա ձերբակալվել են ընդհանուր թվով հինգ անձինք, որոնցից երեքի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել դատարան։
ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը մեկ անգամ ևս տեղեկացնում է, որ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգիրքը մինչև ութ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում է նախատեսում անօրինական միգրացիայի կազմակերպման համար և զգուշացնում, որ Ծառայությունը շարունակելու է այսօրինակ հանցագործությունների կանխման և դրանց ամբողջական բացահայտման աշխատանքները։
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
