Ջհանգիրյանն ակամա հաստատեց Ավետիք Չալաբյանի անմեղությունը

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը երեկ հարցազրույց է տվել Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը և մի շարք հայտարարություններ արել։ Հարցազրույցում ամենաուշագրավը, որ, թերևս դուրս մնաց հանրության ուշադրությունից, վերաբերում է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին։
Մասնավորապես, անդրադառնալով լիազորությունները դադարեցրած Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի հրապարակած աղմկահարույց ձայնագրությանը, նշել էր, թե «կուտ է տալիս» Վարդազարյանին, որպեսզի վերջինս հավելյալ տեղեկություններ հայտնի, ինչպես նաև համաձայնվի հրաժարվել իր պաշտոնից։ Հաղորդավարի դիտարկմանը, թե Չալաբյանն էլ կարող է Ջհանգիրյանի պես ասել «կուտ էի տալիս», որ հասկանայի, թե ինչ է կատարվում, Ջհանգիրյանը արձագանքել է՝ «Ես Ձեզ հետ համամիտ եմ»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ջհանգիրյանը հայտարարում է, թե իրեն ձայնագրել են առանց իր իմացության և թույլտվության, ինչպես և Ավետիք Չալաբյանին։ Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսխորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանը փորձել էր Չալաբյանին ներքաշել ուսանողներին գումարի դիմաց ընդդիմության հանրահավաքներին բերելու առքուվաճառքի մեջ, սակայն Չալաբյանը հրաժարվել է։ Այս առումով Ջհանգիրյանի հայտարարությունը փաստում է, որ Չալաբյանի գործը բացարձակ անհիմն և իրավազուրկ է։ Նույն հարցազրույցի ընթացքում հասկանալով, թե ինչ կիքս է թույլ տվել, Ջհանգիրյանը փորձում է ուղղել ինքն իրեն ՝ հայտարարելով, թե կարծում է, որ Չալաբյանի հետ կապված այդ ձայնագրությունը օրենքով նախատեսված կարգով, դատարանի սանկցիայով արված ձայնագրություն է, մինչդեռ, նույնիսկ անզեն աչքով նկատելի է, որ դա սովորական հեռախոսով արված անհեթեթ ձայնագրություն է։
Ջհանգիրյանի այս խոսքից հետո չի բացառվում, որ իշխանությունները փորձեն համոզել, թե դատարանն ինքն է սանկցիա տվել՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին ձայնագրելու և այդ ձայնագրությունը որպես իրավական ապացույց ներկայացնելու առումով։ Փաստն այն է, որ նույնիսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության առանցքային իրավաբաններից մեկը՝ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը, անուղղակի կերպով հաստատում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ իրականացվող ապօրինի քրեական հետապնդումը։
