ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը պարզաբանել է Արդարադատության նախարարության ՔԿԱԳ Գյումրի քաղաքի տարածքային կենտրոնի ողջ աշխատակազմի՝ շուրջ 6 ամիս աշխատավարձ չստանալու փաստը։ Պարզաբանման մեջ, մասնավորապես, նշված է.

Ի պատասխան՝ Գյումրու ՔԿԱԳ-ի վերաբերյալ լրատվամիջոցներում հայտնված տեղեկատվության՝ հայտնում ենք հետևյալը․

ՀՀ կառավարության 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 16-ի N 1531-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատվել են քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման հետ կապված գործառույթներ իրականացնող սպասարկման կենտրոնների ցանկը, նստավայրերը և հաստիքային միավորները /77 հաստիքային միավոր, որից 11 մասնագետը՝ բարձր լեռնային վայրերում/: Նշված որոշմամբ Գյումրի քաղաքում քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման հետ կապված գործառույթներ իրականացնողների համար հաստիքային միավոր սահմանված չէ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ՀՀ կառավարության 2022 թվականի 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 10-ի N 151-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2022 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի N 1 հավելվածի N 2 աղյուսակի «1052. Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցում» ծրագրով նախատեսված միջոցների սահմաններում քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման ծառայության գործունեության կազմակերպման բնագավառում պետության կողմից համայնքների ղեկավարներին պատվիրակված լիազորությունների իրականացման 2022 թվականի ծախսերի կատարման նորմատիվները։ Վերոնշյալ որոշումներով սահմանված նորմատիվներին և հաստիքային միավորների թվաքանակին համապատասխան քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման հետ կապված գործառույթների կատարման համար Արդարադատության նախարարության կողմից փոխանցվում են գումարները տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններին։

Վերը նշված որոշմամբ, Գյումրու հանրային ծառայությունների միասնական գրասենյակի աշխատակիցներին վարձատրություն ապահովելու համար փոխանցում չի իրականացվել:

Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ 2022 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից Գյումրու հանրային ծառայության միասնական գրասենյակի թվով 4 աշխատակիցներ ներգրավվել են Արդարադատության նախարարության ՔԿԱԳ գործակալությունում որպես փորձագետներ և վերջիններիս վարձատրությունը իրականացվում է օրենքով սահմանված կարգով:
