Ով է եղել Ապարանում դաժան սպանություն կատարած անձը

Aaravot.am-ը գրում է.
Ապարանի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Աշոտ Հայրապետյանը պնդում է, որ հունիսի 19-ին Նիգավանում ճանապարհ չզիջելու համար երիտասարդների միջեւ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանությունն անիմաստ քաղաքականացվել է: Նա պնդում է, որ դեպքով ձերբակալված Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանը երբեւէ չի առնչվել ոստիկանության հետ ու նրա քաղաքական նախասիրությունների մասին տեղեկություններ չունի:
«Ընդդիմությունը չգիտեմ՝ ինչ է ման գալիս, ինչ է ուզում սարքի, կյանքը իրականության մեջ է: Բուն դեպքը թողել եք, ընկել եք ընդդիմություն ու չգիտեմ՝ ինչ դիմություն եք խաղում: Դեպքն անիմաստ քաղաքականացվել է, քաղաքականությունը դեպքի ու կռվի հետ կապ չունի: Էլի եմ ասում՝ երեխեք են, չեն հասկացել իրար, մի կաթիլ մեղրի պատմությունն է դառել: Նրանք եղել են 15 հոգի, էս կողմը եղել է 5 հոգի, վախից հանել, կրակել է, էդ է» ,- Aravot.am-ին ասաց նախկին ոստիկանապետը՝ անդրադառնալով լրատվամիջոցների տեղեկություններին, թե դեպքով ձերբակալված Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանը իշխանությանն է սատարում եւ ընդդիմության վերջին հավաքներին մասնակցել ու սադրել է:
Ի դեպ, նախկին ոստիկանապետը նաեւ ասաց, որ վեճին Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանը մասնակցել է եղբոր հետ: Ինչ վերաբերում է տեղեկությանը, որ դեպքի օրը, երբ վիրավորները տեղափոխվել են Ապարան բ/կ, մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ նրանց հետեւից գնացել են բ/կ ու վնասել հիվանդանոցի գույքը, հունիսի 19-ին դեռ Ապարանի ոստիկանապետ եղած ժամանակ Աշոտ Հայրապետյանն անձամբ է կատարվածի մասին հաղորդել. «Ես դրանով սվոդկա եմ տվել, ապակի է կոտրվել այնտեղ: Հիվանդին, երբ տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց, ասել են՝ վատ վիճակում է, ընկերներից մեկը, չգիտեմ՝ ինչի մեջ է ընկել, թե գլխով է խփել, մուտքի ապակին ջարդել է: Էդ է ընդամենը վնասվել»:
Ապարանում սպանված Տիգրան Հարությունյանն ու Հմայակ Միքայելյանը
Պարոն Հայրապետյանը մեկնաբանեց նաեւ տեղեկությունը, թե Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանը Կալաշնիկով ավտոմատով է կրակել, սակայն ոստիկանությունը ներկայացրել է որսորդական հրացան. «Նման բան գոյություն չունի: Կալաշնիկով չի կրակվել, մարդկանց մարմնի մեջից պատրոններ են հանել, ո՞նց կարող է Կալաշնիկովը մտնի մարդու օրգանիզմ, հետո հրացանի պարկուճներ հանեն: Նման բան կլինի՞: Հրացանով է կրակել, հրացանով էլ եկել, ներկայացել է»: Ի դեպ, լրատվամիջոցներով տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանը Արագածոտնի մարզի Ձորագլուխ գյուղից է: Այս տեղեկությունը մեզ հետ զրույցում հերքեց գյուղապետը: Նա ասաց, որ իրենց գյուղից մի երիտասարդ կա մասնակից՝ 32 ամյա Սասուն Հայրապետյանը: Նա Երեւանի հիվանդանոցներից մեկում է այժմ, վիրահատվել է, գտնվում է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում:
