Կանգ չառնել ոչնչի առջև․ վարչախումբը ցանկանում է կալանքի տակ պահել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին ամեն գնով անազատության մեջ պահելու համար օգտագործում են իրենց ունեցած բոլոր ռեսուրսները։ Մինչ մեկուկես ամիս կալանքի տակ գտնվող ընդդիմադիր գործչի փաստաբանները հայտարարում են, թե իրենց պաշտպանյալին վերագրվող արարքը նոր քրեական օրենսգրքում չկա, հետևաբար մեղադրանքը պետք է հանվի, Արդարադատության նախարարությունը շտապում է հերքել՝ նշելով, թե իբր քրեական նոր օրենսգրքում լրացումներ են կատարվել, և Չալաբյանին վերագրվող արարքը հուլիսի 1-ից հետո էլ շարունակելու է հանցագործություն համարվել։
Այն, որ հուլիսի 1-ը մոտենալուն զուգահեռ իշխանությունները նորանոր պատճառաբանություններ են փնտրում Ավետիք Չալաբյանին կալանքի տակ պահելը շարունակելու համար, որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ։ Ուսանողներին ընդդիմության ցույցերին գումարի դիմաց մասնակցելուն շահագրգռելու գործով մեղադրվող Չալաբյանի փաստաբանները պնդում են.
«Որևէ ապացույց այդպես էլ ձեռք չի բերվել նրան անազատության մեջ պահելու համար»։
Նույնիսկ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետի 1-ին կուրսի ուսանողի համար էլ պարզ է, որ այս գործը այնքան աբսուրդային է, որ ի վերջո փլվելու է այն կարող քննիչների, դատախազների, Արդարադատության նախարարության և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հավատարմության երդում տված այլ իրավապահների գլխին։ Այդուհանդերձ, փաշինյանական վարչախումբը մտադիր է ամեն գնով անազատության մեջ պահել Չալաբյանին՝ կանգ չառնելով ոչնչի առջև։ Չի բացառվում, որ հուլիսի 1-ից հետո էլ նոր փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնեն, իբր քրեական օրենսգրքի նոր խմբագրման մեջ կոնկրետ այդ հոդվածը որևէ կերպ փոփոխված չէ, այս իշխանություններից ոչ մի ստորություն բացառել չի կարելի։ Մինչ այդ Չալաբյանի ընկերներն ու փաստաբանները շարունակում են պնդել, որ Չալաբյանի դեմ իրականացվող գործընթացները իրավական իմաստով հիմնազուրկ են, այդ գործում կա բացառապես քաղաքական բաղադրիչ։
Չալաբյանն ու այս կարգի գործիչները պարզապես վտանգ են ներկայացնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա իշխանության համար։ Եվ հատկապես այսօր, փաշինյանական վարչախումբը փորձում է հանրային և քաղաքական գործընթացներից հեռու պահել մի ամբողջ խումբ անձանց և առաջին հերթին «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադրին։ Չալաբյանն իր վերջին շրջանի գործունեությամբ և ուսումնասիրություններով, հրապարակախոսություններով, առաջին տեղում պահում էր Արցախի անվտանգության խնդիրը, և սա է հիմնական «լեյտմոտիվը», թե ինչու են գործող իշխանություններն ամեն գնով ցանկանում անազատության մեջ պահել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին։
