Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի՝ լիազորությունները կասեցված նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը հրապարակել է ձայնագրություն, որի արժանահավատությունը կասկածի տակ չի դրել կողմերից ոչ մեկը: Ձայնագրությունը պարունակում է հանցանքի ակնհայտ տարրերի, քրեական գործերին միջամտությունների և կոնկրետ պահանջների չկատարման դեպքում սպառնալիքների փաստեր։

Ձայնագրության հրապարակումից հետո «Հայաստան» դաշինքը հայտարարություն տարածեց, որում ասվում է, որ «այդ հանգամանքները պետք է քննության առարկա դառնան այն իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից, որոնց, փաստացի, ըստ հրապարակված ձայնագրության, պարտադիր կատարման ցուցումներ է կարողանում տալ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի հայտնի անդամը՝ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը»։ 

ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահե Հակոբյանի խոսքով՝ ձայնագրությունն ապացուցում է, որ այսօր լեգիտիմ, իրավական որևէ կառույց չի գործում Հայաստանում.

«Եթե տեսել եք հայտարարությունը, այնտեղ մենք բոլոր կետերով անդրադարձել ենք ձայնագրության բոլոր կետերին։ Ձայնագրության մեջ Ջհանգիրյան Գագոն ասում է՝ նայեք չընկնեք ՍԴ-ի օրը։ Սպառնում է Վարդազարյանին, որ ինքը պետք է հրաժարվի պաշտոնից, և այդ կոնտենտի մեջ ասում է՝ նայի չընկնեք ՍԴ-ի օրը։ Դուք հիշում եք, չէ՞, ինչ վիճակի մեջ էին գցել այն ժամանակ թե՛ ՍԴ-ի նախագահին, թե՛ առհասարակ կառույցը։ Բայց վերջիվերջո սահմանադրությունն է, չէ՞, մեր պետականության հիմքը։ Այսինքն այստեղից է բխում մեր տարածած հայտարարության տրամաբանությունը, այստեղ ամեն ինչ դրվում է կասկածի տակ: Չնայած՝ մենք չենք կասկածում, մեզ համար վաղուց է ճշմարտություն, որ այսօր լեգիտիմ իրավական որևէ կառույց չի գործում Հայաստանում»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հակոբյանը։
