Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը Ոստիկանության զորքերի կազմավորման 30-ամյակի առթիվ.
«Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս և մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ Ոստիկանության զորքերի հրամանատարությանն ու ողջ անձնակազմին՝ Ոստիկանության զորքերի կազմավորման 30-ամյակի առթիվ:
Ոստիկանության զորքերը մեր հանրապետության հասակակիցն է: Կազմավորվելով դժվարին 90-ականներին՝ Ոստիկանության զորքերը մարտական մկրտություն ստացավ հենց ռազմի դաշտում՝ դրան զուգահեռ թիկունքում պահպանելով հասարակական կարգն ու քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունը, ամենօրյա պայքար մղելով հանցավորության դեմ:
ՀՀ Ոստիկանության զորքերը միշտ եղել են զինված ուժերի կողքին՝ զինծառայողների հետ հայրենական սահմանները պաշտպանելով ցանկացած ոտնձգությունից:
Դրա ևս մեկ վկայությունն էր 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմը, երբ բանակային ու ոստիկանական ստորաբաժանումների հետ Զորքերի զինծառայողները փառքով պսակեցին իրենց անունը:
Ցավոք, այս փառավոր ճանապարհին Ոստիկանության զորքերը տվել են նաև թանկ ու անդառնալի կորուստներ, նվիրյալների, որոնք առանց երկմտելու իրենց կյանքն են դրել հանուն Հայրենիքի:
Փա՛ռք մեր զոհված զինծառայողների պայծառ հիշատակին:
Խորին խոնարհում անմահ հերոսների ծնողներին՝ երկրին այդպիսի զավակներ պարգևելու համար:
Այսօր Ոստիկանության զորքերը մեծ վաստակով և լիիրավ իրավունքով են ներկայանում իրենց կազմավորման հոբելյանին, և ես կրկին շնորհավորում եմ հրամանատարությանն ու զինծառայողներին, մաղթում նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ ծառայության ընթացքում և խաղաղություն բոլորի օջախներին:
