Այսօր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի՝ լիազորությունները կասեցված նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը հրապարակել է ձայնագրություն, որի արժանահավատությունը կասկածի տակ չի դրել կողմերից և ոչ մեկը, գրում է «Հայաստան» դաշինքը։
«Ձայնագրությունը պարունակում է հանցանքի ակնհայտ տարրերի, ՍԴ կազմի նկատմամբ ապօրինի միջամտության համեմատականներ, քրեական գործերին միջամտությունների և կոնկրետ պահանջների չկատարման դեպքում սպառնալիքների փաստեր։
Այդ հանգամանքները պետք է քննության առարկա դառնան այն իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից, որոնց, փաստացի, ըստ հրապարակված ձայնագրության, պարտադիր կատարման ցուցումներ է կարողանում տալ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի հայտնի անդամը՝ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը։
Ձայնագրությունը նաև պարունակում է քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելու խոստում, և դրա հետևանքները փաստացի արձանագրված են միջազգային հանրության կողմից իբր արդար ու թափանցիկ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններով։
Սույնով «Հայաստան» դաշինքն արձանագրում է․
1. խորհրդարանական վերջին ընտրությունների լեգիտիմիության բացակայությունը, որը մեր կողմից քանիցս հիմնավորվել էր, այլևս հաստատվում է նաև դատական համակարգի հստակ կանխակալ տրամադրվածության, միջամտության անհերքելի փաստով,
2. նման վարքագիծ ու արարքներ թույլ տված բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանն այլևս չի կարող պաշտոնավարել,
3. ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանում առկա է մեկ մարդու բռնապետություն, որով պայմանավորված է իրավապահ համակարգի համակարգային կախվածությունն ու քաղաքականացումը։
Ստեղծված իրավիճակից միակ ելքը օրվա իշխանությունների անհապաղ հեռացումն է»։
