Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսուքյան իր էջում գրել է 

ՀՀ ոչ մի բանի նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատրյանին պետք է ասել, որ առաջին ու վերջին հանդիպումը ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ ավարտվեց: Ավարտվեց հայ ժողովրդի համար հերթական խայտառակությամբ:
Հետաքրքիր է, ո՞վ էր ստիպել Վահագին, այդ զուտ արարողակարգային, ՌԴ համար քաղաքավարական ակնթարթային հանդիպմանը փիլիսոփայել եղբայրության թեմայով: Նույնիսկ կադրով ցուցադրվեց Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հարցական հայացքը և գլխի շարժումով տարակուսող ժեստը:
Վահագնը այդ ախմախ ձևակերպումը (մոտավորապես հետևյալը «քանի որ ժողովուրդները եղբայրներ են, ուրեմն չեն քննարկում լավ եղբայրներ են, թե ոչ») տալուց առաջ, գոնե պետք է մտածեր, որ ռուս և ուկրաինացի ժողովուրդների նման եղբայրական հարաբերություն և պատմական կապ աշխարհում շատ քիչ կան: Իսկ ի՞նչ են անում հիմա այդ եղբայրները` տեսնում են բոլորը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է 44-օրյա պատերազմը հոկտեմբերի 19-ին կանգնեցնելու հնարավորության մասին Վահագնի մեջբերմանը, ապա կարծում եմ դա նիկոլը չի ներելու: Փաստացի Վահագը ասում է, որ Նիկոլը կարող էր Պուտինի ջանքերով կանգնեցնել պատերազմը հոկտեմբերի 19-ին, բայց դա չի արել, ինչը հազարավոր զոհերի, Հադրութի ու Շուշիի, Քարվաճառի անկման պատճառ է դարձել: Վահագից էլ լավ ցուցմունք տվո՞ղ նիկոլի դավաճանության հարցում: Տարօրինակն այն է, որ Վահագը հղում է անում Լավրովի վրա: Իսկ առաջին անգամ, այդ մասին ուղիղ ասել ՌԴ նախագահը Россия ՀԸ տված իր հետպատերազմական հարցազրույցում:
Հետաքրքիր է, ինչու՞ են սրանք (նիկոլի խունտան) մեկը մյուսից այսքան խայտառակչի ու քաղաքական բալաստ:
Օտարերկրյա սորոսախառը ուժերը, Հայաստանում իշխանությունը զավթելուց հետո, չե՞ն կարող արդյոք, գոնե ձևի համար մի երկու նորմալ կադրային նշանակում անել:
