Սրանց մոտ անկշտությունն այն աստիճանի է հասել, որ, օրինակ, Թորոսյանը մեկ օրում միանգամից 3 խոշոր անշարժ գույքի գնման գործարք է կնքել՝ Կոտայքի ու Արագածոտնի մարզերում, հետո չի կշտացել, չորրորդ հողատարածքն է ձեռք բերել կրկին Կոտայքի մարզում։ Պարզ է, որ մտքում փայլուն բիզնես պլանների գաղափար կա, դրա համար հեկտարներով հողեր է գնում։ Բա ինչու են եկոլ իշխանության...
Թորոսյանը հողատարածք է գնել նաև Ծաղկաձորի թանկարժեք տարածում։ Էլ չեմ ասում հայտարարագրված բնակարանները, իսկ բանկերում նրա առկա խնայողություննները եռապատկվել, քառապատկվել, հնգապատկվել են։
Հայտարարագրով էլ նայում ես՝ այնքան դիզած հարստություն ունի(տասնյակ հազարավոր դոլարներ, տասնյակ հազարավոր եվրո, տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դրամներ, նույն միլիոններից՝ նաև կնոջ հաշվին, չհաշված կասկածելի նվիրատվություններ և այլն), որ ակամայից հասկանում ես, թե ինչու են սրա նմանները կառչել աթոռից։
Սրանք նույնիսկ օրվա ժամերը չեն կորցնում, րոպե առ րոպե են հարստանում, թքած, թե ժողովուրդը սովից չի մեռնում։ Սա է սրանց խոստացած ԱՊԱԳԱՆ, իրենք երկիր ծախեն, երկիր թալանեն, ժողովդին էլ մութ ու չար ուժերի մասին առասպելներ հորինեն,հեքիաթներով կշտացնեն...
