Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) շուտափույթ բացումը տարածաշրջանում «խաղաղության» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) ապագայի հիմնարար տարրերից մեկն է, գրում է minval.az-ը։

«Եթե մեզ հասանելիություն չտրվի, ապա դժվար կլինի խոսել խաղաղության մասին, և Ադրբեջանի բոլոր ջանքերը՝ ուղղված Հայաստանի հետ նորմալ համակեցություն և բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ հաստատելուն, կտապալվեն»,- ասել է Ալիևը Բաքվի IX գլոբալ ֆորումի բացման ժամանակ։

Ալիևի կարծիքով՝ Ադրբեջանն իրավունք ունի պահանջել բացել «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am), քանի որ Հայաստանը ստորագրել է համապատասխան հայտարարությունը։

Բաքվում անցկացվում է lX գլոբալ ֆորումը՝ «Մարտահրավերներ համաշխարհային աշխարհակարգին» թեմայով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Կատարում գտնվելու ժամանակ «Ալ Ջազիրա»-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել էր, որ ՀՀ կառավարության համար անընդունելի է Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև երկաթուղային ու ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհներն իրար կապող հատվածը «միջանցք» անվանելը։

«Մեր տարածաշրջանում, համաձայն եռակողմ հայտարարության, ունենք մեկ միջանցք, և դա Լաչինի միջանցքն է, որը կապում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանին։ Բայց մեր եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ ունենք մեկ այլ դրույթ, որը հաղորդակցությունների բացման մասին է»,– նշել է Փաշինյանը` նկատի ունենալով` երկաթուղիները, ճանապարհները։
