Շնորհիվ պատմականորեն եղբայրական և դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների՝ մեր ընկերների և դաշնակիցների թվում առանձնահատուկ տեղ է զբաղեցնում Հայաստանը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Ռուսաստանի օրվա կապակցությամբ պետական ընդունելության ժամանակ ունեցած իր ելույթի ընթացքում ընդգծել է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը: 

«Այս տարի մենք նշում ենք դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակը և Բարեկամության, համագործակցության ու փոխադարձ օգնության մասին պայմանագրի ստորագրման 25-ամյակը։ Այս տասնամյակների ընթացքում մեր երկրների միջև համագործակցությունը տարբերվել է ինտենսիվ, վստահելի բարձր մակարդակի քաղաքական երկխոսությամբ, տարբեր նախարարությունների և գերատեսչությունների գծով ակտիվ փոխգործակցությամբ: Հետևողականորեն զարգացել և շարունակում են զարգանալ տնտեսական կապերը. 2021 թվականի արդյունքներով՝ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը գերազանցել է մինչհամաճարակային ցուցանիշները և կազմել շուրջ 2,6 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար: Ռուսաստանը պահպանում է Հայաստանի հիմնական և հուսալի տնտեսական և ներդրումային գործընկերոջ դիրքերը։ Ընդլայնվում է մեր մշակութային, կրթական և հումանիտար համագործակցությունը: Առանցքային նշանակություն ունի երկկողմ արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը անվտանգության ոլորտում՝ ինչպես տարածաշրջանային, այնպես էլ միջազգային: Մեր երկրներն ակտիվորեն փոխգործակցում են միջազգային հարթակներում և ընդհանուր ինտեգրացիոն միավորումների՝ ԵԱՏՄ- ի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ԱՊՀ-ի շրջանակներում»,- ասել է դեսպանը:

Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանն ակտիվորեն աջակցում և աջակցելու է այն ամենին, ինչը նպաստում է Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի խաղաղ և անվտանգ զարգացման համար հիմքի ստեղծմանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը, գործընկերների հետ սերտ փոխգործակցությամբ համառ և լարված աշխատանքներ է տանում տարածաշրջանային խնդիրների լուծման առումով, որոնք ուղղված են թե՛ տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական կապերի բացմանը, թե հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների բարելավմանը, Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև նորմալ, լիարժեք հարաբերությունների ձևավորմանը:
