Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին կնքված եռակողմ հայտարարությունն այն ժամանակ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում բռնությանը վերջ դնելու ն միտված քայլ էր: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին Կատարում «Ալ Ջազիրա» հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Պետք է նշեմ, որ այդ հայտարարությունը չի անդրադառնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցին, մինչդեռ ԼՂ հիմնախնդրին պետք է անդրադարձ արվի: Մենք հուսով ենք, որ առաջիկա ժամանակներում կկարողանանք անդրադառնալ նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդիրն»,- նշել է վարչապետ Փաշինյանը:

Նա նկատել է, որ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանի հետ շփման մի շարք հարթակներ ունի: «Վերջերս մենք կազմել ենք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման հանձնաժողով, և շատ կարևոր է շարունակել այդ աշխատանքը: Ընդամենը մեկ հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել, սակայն մենք արդեն համաձայնել ենք, որ երկրորդ հանդիպումը տեղի կունենա Ռուսաստանի մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվայում, իսկ երրորդ հանդիպումը՝ Բրյուսելում: Հուսով ենք՝ մեր միջազգային գործընկերների աջակցությամբ և, իհարկե, ուղիղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում կկարողանանք դելիմիտացիայի ենթարկել մեր սահմանները»,- հայտնել է վարչապետը:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ինչպիսին կլինի հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումը, եթե հանձնաժողովը որոշի, որ ԼՂ ողջ տարածքը պետք է պատկանի Ադրբեջանին՝Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է. «Սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովը որևէ կապ չունի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրի հետ, քանի որ, ինչպես ասացի, մենք Ադրբեջանի հետ հաղորդակցման տարբեր հարթություններ ունենք: Դրանցից մեկը վերաբերում է սահմանազատման աշխատանքներին: Սահմանների անվտանգության հարցը ևս շատ կարևոր է, այն ևս այս հանձնաժողովի մանդատի ներքո է, քանի որ մենք պետք է պահպանենք կայունություն և անվտանգություն ամբողջ սահմանի երկայնքով: Երկրորդ հարցը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն է: Կա շփման ևս մեկ հարթակ՝ կապված տարածաշրջանային, տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական հաղորդակցությունների բացման հետ: Սակայն, իհարկե, ամենահրատապ ու կարևոր հարցը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության տեսանկյունից, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցն է»:

Փաշինյանը կարևորել է Ռուսաստանի դերը՝ որպես եռակողմ հայտարարության երաշխավորի՝ նշելով, որ ՌԴ-ն Հայաստանի ռազմավարական գործընկերն ու դաշնակիցն է, սակայն շատ մտերիմ է նաև Ադրբեջանի հետ:
