5 ախորժելի միջուկ՝ բլիթների համար

Անկրկնելի համ եւ բույր ունեցող բլիթներ պատրաստելու համար որոշակի ջանքեր են հարկավոր։ Սակայն բլիթների միջուկը պակաս կարեւոր չէ, քանի որ հենց դրա շնորհվ են դրանք ավելի ախորժալի դառնում եւ հագեցնում քաղցը։ Իսկ երբեւէ փորձել եք ավանդական դարձած մսի փոխարեն սնկով, ձվով կամ այլ բաղադրիչներով լցոնել բլիթները։ Եթե ոչ, ուրեմն առաջարկում ենք հետեւյալ 5 տարբերակները։

Բլիթներ՝ սնկի միջուկով

500գր, շամպինիոն սունկը հարկավոր է սոխով տապակել բուսական յուղով պատված թավայի մեջ։ Այնուհետեւ պետք է ավելացնել 2ճ. գդ. ալյուր, 1.5 բաժակ կաթ եւ 2ճ.գդ. թթվասեր։ Ստացված զանգվածը աղով եւ պղպեղով համեմելուց հետո կարելի է բլիթները լցոնել։

Բլիթներ՝ ձվով

Հարկավոր է 6 ձուն խաշել, կտրատել, կանաչ սոխ, թթվասեր կամ մայոնեզ ավելացնել, համեմել աղով եւ մի լավ խառնել։ Ահա եւ վերջ, միջուկը պատրաստ է։ 

Բլիթներ՝ հավի մսի միջուկով

500գր. հավի կրծքամիսը հարկավոր է սոխով տապակել թավայի մեջ։ Այնուհետեւ պետք է ավելացնել սամիթն ու սխտորը, քերիչով անցկացրած (կամ մանր կտրատած) 2 խաշած ձու, աղ եւ պղպեղ։ Միջուկն արդեն կարելի է լցոնել։

Բլիթներ՝ ընկույզով

Կաթսայի մեջ հարկավոր է լցնել 500մլ. կաթ, 120գր. շաքարավազ, 100գր. մանրացրած ընկույզ, եւ 1ճ.գդ. ալյուր։ Այնուհետեւ կաթսան պետք է դնել կրակին։ Իսկ 100գր. կարագ ավելացնելուց հետո հարկավոր է ստացված զանգվածը հարել։ Ի դեպ, եթե 1ճ.գդ. կոնյակ ավելացնեք համն ուղղակի անկրկնելի կլինի։

Բլիթներ՝ սերուցքով

Սերուցքը հարկավոր է հարել վանիլինով, շաքարավազով եւ մի քանի կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութով։ Եվ վերջ, բլիթները պատրաստ են։ Բլիթները պետք է մատուցել տաք վիճակում՝ զարդարելով մրգերով կամ հատապտուղներով։
