Ռուս-ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի ֆոնին ադրբեջանական կայքերի/տելեգրամյան ալիքների աշխատանքն ավելին է, քան հակառուսական քարոզչությունը. այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել Ազգային ժողովի «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
«Հատկապես եթե հաշվի ես առնում այդ հարթակների պատկանելությունը կամ ուղիղ ենթակայությունը պետական տարբեր կառույցներին կամ իշխանական էլիտայի ներկայացուցիչներին, պատկերն առավել հստակ է դառնում։
Ռուս զինծառայողների նկատմամբ ատելությունը, զոհված/վիրավոր/գերեվարված ծառայողների նկատմամբ սարկազմը, ցինիզմը, վիրավորական ձևակերպումները ցույց են տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանի ներսում ռուսների նկատմամբ մեծ չափաբաժիներով թշնամություն է գեներացվում։
Հասկանալի է, որ ռուսական կողմն այս ամենը ֆիքսվում է, բայց դեռ պարզ չի, թե երբ գործի կդրվի ռուսական հակազդման միջոցները։
Դեռ պետք է հասկանալ, վերլուծել, թե ռուս-ուկրաինական ճգնաժամից հետո ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների վրա ինչպիսի ազդեցություն կունենա այս ու մնացած երևույթները։
Սա ՀՀ-ի համար կարևոր է ոչ միայն ՌԴ-ի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները հաշվի առնելով, այլ ՌԴ առանցքային դերը ՀՀ-Ադրբեջան և Արցախի հարցով տարվող գործընթացներում։
Համենայնդեպս ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների ցանկացած զարգացում իր ազդեցությունն է թողնելու մեր տարածաշրջանում»,-նշել է նա:
