Կոռեկտության և բովանդակային խոսքի դեֆիցիտը իդեալական պայմաններ է ստեղծում փաշինյանական վարչախմբի համար։ Փողոցի լեքսիկոնով խոսող քաղաքական ուժերը երկվորյակ եղբայրներ են, նրանց համար որրէ բարդություն չի ներկայացնում առնչվել իրար հետ, մոլորեցնել հանրությանը, դեգրադացնել մարդկանց։ Երեք տասնամյակ շարունակ քաղաքական ուժերը իջեցրել են քաղաքական խոսքի նշաձողը, իրենց դաստիարակության, կրթության եւ վարվելակերպի չափով նվազեցրել հասարակության մակարդակը։ Դրան են նպաստել նաեւ գողական ժարգոնով սերիալները։ Բնական է, որ այդպիսի արժեհամակարգ կրող ուժերն իրար ոչ թե մրցակից, այլ գործընկեր են, գիտակցում են, որ մեկը մյուսի համար առանձնապես մեծ վտանգ չի ներկայացնում, ընդհակառակը, լրացնում են իրար։ 

Իրավիճակը կտրուկ սրվում է, երբ բովանդակություն ներկայացնող, մտքեր գեներացնող անհատները փորձում են ուշքի բերել հանրությանը, բացատրել, որ իր ընտրած ճանապարհը աղետալի եւ վտանգավոր հետեւանքներ կարող է ունենալ։ Նման դեպքերում համակարգն արագորեն է արձագանքում, առանց սեթեւեթանքների մեկուսացնում բովանդակային խոսք ասող, գիտակից մարդկանց, քանի որ հենց նրանք են ներկայացնում իրական վտանգը հայաստանում ստեղծված արատավոր համակարգի համար։ 

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքկաան գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ աննախադեպ բռնաճնշումները պետք է դիտարկել հենց այդ համատեքստում, երբ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը իրական վտանգը տեսնում է ոչ թե իր պես հայհոյախոս և բովանդակազուրկ ընդդիմության, այլ իրական այլընտրանք ներկայացնող անհատի մեջ։ Չալաբյանը չի հայհոյում, չի վիրավորում, փոխարենը՝ իրական, հեղափոխական, լուրջ այլընտրանք է առաջարկում, մուրճի փոխարեն զարգացման հեռանկար նախանշում, հայահավաքի, արդիականացման, զարգացման ուղի գծում հանրության համար։ Թե՛ ներքին, թե՛ արտաքին բազմաթիվ ուժեր, բնական է, դեմ են նման այլընտրանքին, ամեն ինչ անելու են դրա դեմն առնելու, բովանդակություն եւ միտք գեներացնող անհատներին մեկուսացնելու համար։ 

Եվ բնավ պետք չէ զարմանալ ապօրինությունների այն չափազանց մեծ քանակից, որ իրականացվում է հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ։ Ամեն բան օրինաչափ է։ Այլ հարց, արդյո՞ք իմունիտետ ունի հայ հասարակությունը, կարո՞ղ է պայքարել սեփական իրավունքների համար, գաղափարական եւ մտավոր իսկական հեղափոխություն անե՞լ, պահանջե՞լ զարգացման ճիշտ ճանապարհ։ Թեպետ բարդ է, բայց դա է իրական ճանապարհը։
