Մինչ Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ու ընդդիմությունը պայքարում են իրար հետ, փորձում պարզել՝ քաղաքական ճգնաժամ կա՞, թե՞ ոչ, կամ էլ փորձում փողոցային լեքսիկոնով հարաբերվել քաղաքական ասպարեզում, Հայաստանում նոր նախաձեռնություններ են իրականացվում։ 

Երևանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունից, Տիգրան Ավինյանը, վերջին շրջանում զգալի ակտիվացրել է իր գործունեությունը թե՛ Հայաստանում նոր նախաձեռնությունների, թե՛ քաղաքային իշխանությունը պարզապես իր ձեռքում կենտրոնացնելու , նաև հանրային մեծ նշանակություն ունեցող այլ նախաձեռնությունների վերաբերյալ։

Երեկ կայացել է «Fly Arna» ավիաընկերության առաջին ինքնաթիռի ժամանումը Շարժայից՝ Երևան։ ANIF հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Տիգրան Ավինյանի նախաձեռնությամբ նոր հայկական փոխադրողը սկսելու է իր գործունեությունը Հայաստանում։

«Սա սկիզբն է հայկական ավիացիայի նոր էջի, նոր որակի և նոր չափանիշների»,- նշել է Ավինյանը։ 

Առաջին չվերթը կիրականացվի «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանից դեպի Հուրգադայի միջազգային օդանավակայան հուլիսի 3-ին:

Տարիներ շարունակ Հայաստանում բարձրաձայնել են ազգային ավիափոխադրող ունենալու անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Այսօր հայկական մասնակցությամբ երկու ավիափոխադրողներ այլևս չվերթներ են իրականացնելու Երևանից, ընդ որում՝ բավական մատչելի գներով։

Ուրախալի է, որ բավական բարդ պայմաններում էլ հաջողվում է որոշակի դրական տեղաշարժեր իրականացնել, նոր նախաձեռնություններ ներկայացնել Հայաստանում։ Հատկապես, ավիացիայի ոլորտում, որը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի համար։
