«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Փաստ» թերթը տեղեկություններ է ստացել, որ Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի ղեկավարության կողմից խտրական վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերվում աշխատակիցների հանդեպ: Բանն այն է, որ մոտ երեք ամիս առաջ որոշվել է տեխնիկական և սպասարկող անձնակազմի աշխատողների մի մասի աշխատավարձը բարձրացնել 40-50 հազար դրամով, իսկ մնացյալներինը թողել են նույնը՝ 67 հազար դրամ:
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, տուժել են հիմնականում հագուստների, գրիմի հարցերով զբաղվողները: Թե ինչու է նման խտրականություն դրվել, աշխատակիցներին հոդաբաշխ պատասխան չի տրվում, թատրոնի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատարն էլ հրաժարվում է անգամ հանդիպել իր իսկ ղեկավարած կառույցի աշխատողներին: Թատրոնում խոսում են, որ այն աշխատակիցները, որոնց աշխատավարձը բարձրացվել է, հիմնականում տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Կարեն Դուրգարյանի ծանոթները, բարեկամներն ու հարազատներն են: Աշխատակիցներին միջնորդավորված ասվել է, որ մեղավորը ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունն է, որտեղ չեն ուզում նրանց աշխատավարձերը բարձրացվեն:
Միևնույն ժամանակ զգուշացվել է՝ սպիտակ թուղթ շատ կա, ով դժգոհ է, թող դիմում գրի, աշխատանքից ազատվի:
«Փաստը» դիմեց Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոն՝ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու խնդրանքով, սակայն լրատվական ծառայությունից գրավոր հարցում ուզեցին՝ հավելելով, թե իրենք ոչ մի հարցի բանավոր չեն պատասխանում: Դե, ինչ, գրավոր հարցումն ուղարկված է, և պատասխանն սատանալուն պես կներկայացնենք նաև օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի տեսակետը:
Գրությունն ուղարկված էր, իսկ թերթը պատրաստ էր տպագրության, երբ մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Դուրգարյանը վերջապես հանդիպել է դժգոհող աշխատակիցներին և ասել, որ այս պահին նրանց աշխատավարձը չի կարող բարձրացնել: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ նա նաև նշել է, թե հարցին գուցե հնարավոր լինի անդրադառնալ սեպտեմբերին:
