ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի՝ Երևանում տեղի ունեցած նիստի արդյունքներով ընդունվել է հայտարարություն միջազգային անվտանգության հարցերի վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև՝ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ներկայացուցիչների խորհրդատվության ծրագիրը առաջիկա երեք տարիների արտաքին քաղաքականության, պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հաղորդմամբ՝ այդ մասին նիստից հետո լրագրողներին հայտնեց հյուրընկալող երկրի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասի հետ համատեղ մամուլի հայտարարության ժամանակ:

«Մենք ավարտեցինք Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի նիստը, որին մասնակցեցին ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ԱԳՆ ղեկավարները և ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը: Ընթացիկ տարում մենք նշում ենք Հավաքական անվտանգության մասին պայմանագրի ստորագրման 30-ամյակը և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության հիմնադրման 20-ամյակը, ինչի կապակցությամբ ուզում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորել բոլորիս: Նեղ կազմով, այնուհետև ընդլայնված ձևաչափով տեղի ունեցած նիստերի ընթացքում մենք ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների արտգործնախարարների հետ քննարկել ենք իրադրության զարգացման միտումները միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ոլորտներում և դրանց ազդեցությունը մեր պետությունների անվտանգության վրա: Մենք շոշափել ենք նաև ճգնաժամային արձագանքի մեխանիզմների կատարելագործման հարցը, ինչը, ինչպես գիտեք, ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի նախագահության առաջնահերթությունն է: Հունվար ամսին կազմակերպությունը ճիշտ ժամանակին արձագանքեց Ղազախստանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններին, բայց մինչ օրս բաց է մնում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածք ադրբեջանական զորքերի ներխուժման հետ կապված հարցը, որը սկսվել է 2021 թ. մայիսին: Մենք նաև քննարկել ենք այն պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքը, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների մակարդակով 2021 թ. սեպտեմբերին՝ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում, և Հայաստանի նախագահության առաջնահերթությունները», - հայտնեց Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը:

Միրզոյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը եղել և մնում է հավատարիմ ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում նախաձեռնողական համագործակցությանը՝ ուղղված անդամ պետությունների միջև փոխգործակցության ընդլայնմանը, այդ թվում՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում արտաքին քաղաքականության համաձայնեցման զարգացմանը և կազմակերպության դերի ակտիվացմանը միջազգային ասպարեզում:

ՀՀ նախագահական նստավայրում տեղի ունեցած նիստի արդյունքներով ՀԱՊԿ երկրների արտգործնախարարները պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել արտգործնախարարների խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստը անցկացնել կրկին Երևանում ընթացիկ տարվա չորրորդ եռամսյակում:
