«Մա՛մ, անկողինս սարքի, քնեմ, հոգնել եմ ու մրսում եմ...»: Երազից հետո մայրը որդու մասունքները գտել է Աբովյանի դիահերձարանում՝ գետնին՝ տոպրակի մեջ...
Զոհված զինծառայողների մասունքները և դիերը Աբովյանի դիահերձարանի նկուղում պահվելու մասին հասարակությանը հայտնի դարձավ 2021 թվականի մայիսի 31-ին, երբ հարազատները տարածեցին նաև սահմռկեցուցիչ տեսարանը պատկերող կադրերը՝ մարմինները պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակներով՝ գետնին նետված վիճակում։
Հիշեցնեմ, որ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը հաստատել էր տեղեկությունը՝ նշելով, թե մասունքներն անցել են համապատասխան նույնականացում և սպասում են, որ հարազատները վերցնեն՝ հուղարկավորելու համար։
Դեռեւս այս տարվա փետրվար ամսին ինձ էին դիմել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված կամ անհայտ կորած զինծառայողների ծնողներն ու հարազատները, ովքեր իրենց դժգոհությունն էին արտահայտել ՀՀ ԱՆ դատաբժշկական գիտագործնական կենտրոնի Կոտայքի մարզի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունների բաժնում զոհված զինծառայողների մարմինների մասունքները և դիերը ոչ պատշաճ պահելու դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործով հետապնդում չիրականացնելու և քրեական գործի վարույթը կարճելու մասին նախաքննության մարմնի որոշման վերաբերյալ։ Ամիսներ շարունակ զբաղվել եմ խնդրով, պաշտոնական գրագրություն ունեցել:
Եւ վերջերս ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազից ստացել եմ բացատրություն այն մասին, որ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի հիշյալ որոշման դեմ բողոք է ներկայացրել փաստաբան Գարիկ Գալիկյանը, որի քննարկման արդյունքում Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել բողոքը մերժելու մասին: Օրերս տեղեկացա, որ փաստաբանը դատական կարգով բողոքարկել է նաեւ քննիչի ու դատախազի որոշումները: Հերթական դատական նիստը նշանակված է սույն թվականի հուլիսի 1-ին։
Ինչ է սա նշանակում. 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված զինծառայողների դիերն ու մասունքները նկուղի գետնին քարշ տալով տեղափոխելը (մարմիններն անարգելը) ու նկուղում առանց համապատախան պայմանների պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակներով պահելը մնացել է անպատիժ: Դատախազներն ու քննիչները հանցանք չեն տեսել այդ գործողություններում:
Իսկ գերատեսչական թիվ մեկ պատասխանատու ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը միայն ներողոթյուն խնդրեց կատարվածի համար:
44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված Ժիրայր Մարգարյանի մոր՝ Նաիրա Մարգարյանի խոսքերն եմ հիշում մեր հանդիպման ժամանակ, եւ տողերը կանգնում են կոկորդիս. «Տղայիս տեսա երազում: Հին շինություն էր՝ սպիտակ պատերով, դուռը բացեցի, մութ սենյակում գետնին նստած էր տղաս։ Ասաց. «Մա՛մ, անկողինս սարքի, քնեմ, հոգնել եմ ու մրսում եմ...»: Երազից հետո մայրը որդու մասունքները գտել է Աբովյանի դիահերձարանում՝ գետնին՝ տոպրակի մեջ...
