ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն պաշտոնական սղագրության մեջ փոխել է Լավրովի՝ Փառուխի վերաբերյալ Երևանում տված պատասխանը

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն ներկայացրել է արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Լավրովի՝ հունիսի 9-ին Երևանում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ մամուլի ասուլիսի սղագրությունը, որում արցախյան Փառուխ գյուղի վերաբերյալ Լավրովի պատասխանն էականորեն փոփոխվել է:
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Լավրովը, պատասխանելով համապատասխան հարցին, ասել էր, որ Փառուխ գյուղի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակն առաջնահերթություն է ռուս զինվորականների համար: Լավրովի խոսքով՝ այնտեղ արդեն կան որոշակի արդյունքներ իրավիճակի ապաէսկալացման տեսակյունից:
«Եվ մենք ունենք գիտակցումն առ այն, որ սահմանազատման հարցով արդեն սկսվող առարկայական աշխատանքի շրջանակում այս հարցերը կքննարկվեն ու անպայման կլուծվեն», - ասել էր ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը:
Մինչդեռ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ սղագրությունում որպես Լավրովի պատասխան նշվել է հետևյալը.«Հույս ունենք, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման գործընթացի գործարկումը կնպաստի Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև վստահության բարձրացմանն ու ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանտվության գոտում թույլ չի տա Փառուխի տիպի միջադեպեր»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն արձագանքել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի՝ Հայաստան աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հնչեցրած հայտարարությանն առ այն, որ Արցախի Փառուխ գյուղի հետ կապված իրավիճակը դիտարկվելու է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման համատեքստում։
«Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի կողմից ստեղծված սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների գործունեությունը, ինչպես նախկինում նախատեսված էր, հետապնդում է երկու երկրների պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման նպատակ։ Այս գործընթացի շրջանակներում չի նախատեսվում դիտարկել ադրբեջանա-հայկական պետական սահմանից դուրս որևէ հարց, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ժամանակավոր տեղակայման տարածքների հետ կապված»,- հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն։
Հիշեցնենք, որ շուրջ երեք ամիս է անցել, ինչ Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությամբ ադրբեջանական զինուժը նոր դիրքեր էր գրավել Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ գյուղի ուղղությամբ՝ զբաղեցնելով նաև կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող Քարագլուխ բարձունքի մի մասը։
Թեև պաշտոնական հայտարարություններում նշվում էր, որ ռուսական կողմը իր պատասխանատվության գոտուց պետք է ապահովի ադրբեջանցիների դուրսբերումը, տեղացիների փոխանցմամբ՝ Փառուխում և Քարագլխում որևէ փոփոխություն չկա։
Ադրբեջանական բանակը շարունակում է դիրքավորված մնալ Փառուխից մի քանի մետր հեռավորության վրա, գյուղում ռուսներ են, իսկ հայերը չեն կարողանում վերադառնալ հարազատ գյուղ։
