Ավետիք Չալաբյանի փաստաբանական խումբը Մեդիամաքսին է փոխանցել «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադրի հոդվածը, որը նա գրել է Արմավիր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում:

Լրագրող, քաղաքագետ Աբրահամ Գասպարյանի խոսքով՝ հոդվածաշարը, որն Ավետիք Չալաբյանը գրել է, բավական հետաքրքրական է և խտանյութն է հանդիսանում այն քաղաքական իմաստության, որ հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչը հասցրել է կուտակել վերջին մեկուկես տասնամյակում, ինչ ակտիվորեն իր ներկայությունն զգացվում է հայկական հասարակական-քաղաքական իրականությունում:

«Այնտեղ հայկական ճակատագրի դառը հեգնանքի մասին է խոսվում, որի վերջնական լուծումն ի վերջո հայահավաքն է՝ հայկական հողի վրա և թույլ օղակ հանդիսացող տարրից ավելի ուժեղ, ավելի կազմակերպված, համակարգված գործունեություն ծավալելու, ազգի՝ նպատակ դնելու, ռազմավարություն, տեսլական ունենալու մասին է խոսվում: Ես որպես գիտությամբ զբաղվող մարդ, քաղաքագետ եմ, ուզում իմ գնահատականը տալ այդ հոդվածաշարին: Իրականում, այս բոլոր խնդիրների մասին մենք երկար ժամանակ խոսել ենք թե՛ հայկական հեռուստաեթերում, թե՛ անձնապես իմ վերլուծական գործունեության ընթացքում:

Այստեղ իմ և Ավետիքի մոտեցումները նույնն են, որովհետև շատ օբյեկտիվ գնահատականի է արժանացրել Արտաշեսյաններից սկսած՝ մինչև ցարական Ռուսաստան, Խորհրդային Հայաստան և հետանկախության շրջան, այն բոլոր բացթողումները, որ մենք թույլ ենք տվել, նույնիսկ պետականության կորստի պայմաններում մեզ ինչպես է հաջողվել Կիլիկիայից հետո հասնել մինչև Ռենեսանսի ժամանակաշրջան, Մերձավոր և Հեռավոր Արևելք՝ հասնելով մինչև Կալկաթա: Այդ բոլոր խնդիրներին, որ անդրադարձել է Ավետիքը, բնականաբար, մեր ազգի հոգեմտավոր և գիտամտավոր ներուժը ճիշտ ռելսերի վրա և ճիշտ մատուցելու վրա է շեշտը դրվում, որովհետև մենք անցած երեք տասնամյակների ընթացքում տիպային առումով  հայկական տեսակի մոդելավորում չունեցանք որպես այդպիսին»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գասպարյանը:

Հարցին՝ հոդվածաշարում Չալաբյանի կողմից առաջ քաշված լուծումները կարո՞ղ են իրատեսական լինել իշխանության կողմից կիրառվելու դեպքում, Գասպարյանը նշեց.

«Ինքը շատ ճիշտ, օբյեկտիվ շեշտադրումներ է անում, և ես խիստ կզարմանամ, որ գործող իշխանությունից որևէ մեկը նախ հասկանա այն ամենը, ինչ Չալաբյանն ասում է հոդվածաշարում, հետո էլ կփորձի իրականության վերածել, որովհետև Չալաբյանի նման մի քանի տասնյակ մտավորականներ, հատկապես հետպատերազմյան շրջանում, խոսել են այս ամենի մասին, բայց իշխանության կողմից զրո արձագանք»:
