Ռուսաստանը վերացրել է Հայաստանի հետ սահմանափակումները

Ռուսաստանի վարչապետ Միխայիլ Միշուստինը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել, համաձայն որի՝ վերացվում են Հայաստանի և Ղրղզստանի հետ տրանսպորտային կապի բոլոր սահմանափակումները՝ կապված կորոնավիրուսի տարածման հետ։ Փաստաթուղթը հրապարակվել է իրավական տեղեկատվության պաշտոնական պորտալում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է «ՏԱՍՍ» լրատվական գործակալությունը:
Փոփոխություններ են կատարվում Նախարարների կաբինետի 2022 թվականի մայիսի 20-ի հրամանում. այն սահմանել է օտարերկրյա պետությունների ցանկը, որոնց առնչությամբ վերացվել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից սահմանված տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումները։ Այժմ այս ցանկը լրացնում են Հայաստանն ու Ղրղզստանը։
Նախկինում այն բաղկացած էր ինը երկրներից, ներառում էին Աբխազիան, Բելառուսը, Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունները, Ղազախստանը, Չինաստանը, Մոնղոլիան, Ուկրաինան և Հարավային Օսիան։ Տրանսպորտային սահմանափակումները չեղարկվում են պետության այս ցուցակում ընդգրկվելու օրվանից։
Ինչպես նշված է հրամանում, փաստաթուղթը հաստատվել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Նախագահի 2021 թվականի հունիսի 15-ի հրամանագրի համաձայն՝ կորոնավիրուսի տարածման ֆոնին Ռուսաստանում օտարերկրացիների իրավական կարգավիճակը կարգավորելու ժամանակավոր միջոցների մասին։ Այդ հրամանագրով, մասնավորապես, կասեցվել է օտարերկրացիների համար Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում ժամանակավոր կացության և բնակության թույլտվությունների վավերականությունը։ Միաժամանակ նշվել է, որ այն կասեցվել է օտարերկրյա պետությունների հետ մինչև 90 օրվա լրանալը տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության վրա Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից սահմանված ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումների վերացման օրվանից 90 օր ժամկետով։
Երկրների ցանկը, որոնց համար տրանսպորտային սահմանափակումները հանվում են, պետք է որոշեր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարությունը։ Այժմ ցուցակը հաստատվել է, ուստի այս նահանգների քաղաքացիների հետ կապված Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում գտնվելու ժամկետը կվերսկսվի 90 օրից։
