«Արեգակ Բեյքրի». սիրով և հոգատարությամբ պատրաստված հացաբուլկեղեն՝ Գյումրիից
SOCIETY«Երևանի գինու օրերը» դարձել են ընտանիքի, ընկերների ու գործընկերների հետ ժամանցի լավագույն վայրը․ մայրաքաղաքի սրտում տոնական եռուզեռը իր շուրջն է համախմբել նաև գուրմաններին, ովքեր գինին չեն պատկերացնում առանց համեղ ուտեստների։ Նրանց սպասելիքները արդարացնողներից մեկը «Արեգակ» փուռ-սրճարանն է. «փոկաչա» հացից մինչև պանրով կրուասան են առաջարկում գինու հետ։ Այցելուները, երբ իմանում են «Արեգակ»–ի ստեղծման պատմությունը՝ կրկնակի հաճույքով են համտեսում դրանք։
«Արեգակ Բեյքրի»–ն հիմնվել է Գյումրիում 5 տարի առաջ: Այստեղ աշխատում են հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երիտասարդներ և հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների ծնողներ։ Մենյուում եվրոպական հացաբուլկեղենն է, արդեն սրճարանում պատվերները մատուցում են նույնպես կենտրոնի սաները։ Երկրորդ անգամ են մասնակցում «Երևանի գինու օրերին»․ նախորդ անգամից նրանց շատերն են հիշում և մոտենում են տաղավարին՝ գնելու սիրով ու հոգատարությամբ պատրաստված ուտելիքները։
«Միտքն առաջացել է «Էմիլի Արեգակ» բազմակի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների ցերեկային խնամքի կենտրոնից։ Թե իրենք ինչ էին անելու 18 տարեկանից հետո։ Մեզ մոտ լիքը երեխաներ կային, որ տարբեր տեսակի աշխատանքներ էին սիրում՝ խոհարարություն, ձեռքի աշխատանք։ Միտք առաջացավ, որ ունենանք «Բեյքրի», որտեղ 18-ը լրանալուց հետո ոմանք կաշխատեն մեզ մոտ։ «Բեյքրին» բացված օրվանից Ակբա բանկի հետ է աշխատում: «Էմիլի Արեգակ» կենտրոնը իր բացված օրվանից՝ 10 տարուց ավելի, Ակբա բանկի հետ է աշխատում, հիանալի գործակցություն է», – նշում է «Արեգակ» փուռ-սրճարանի բիզնես մենեջեր Դիանա Քոչարյանը:
