«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

360tv.ru-ն «Քաղաքագետ Սվետով. Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտությունը կարող է Ռուսաստանին Ուկրաինայից շեղելու փորձ լինել» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը ռևանշ են ուզում, տարածաշրջանում հակամարտության սրում պետք է սպասել մշտապես: Այդ մասին 360tv.ru-ին ասել է քաղաքագետ Յուրի Սվետովը։

«Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև զինված բախումից հետո, որը դադարեցվել է միայն Ռուսաստանի օգնությամբ, այս երկրների միջև խաղաղության պայմանագիր չի կնքվել։ Նրանցից մեկն ունի վերջնական հաղթանակի, իսկ մյուսը՝ վրեժխնդրության տրամադրություն»,պարզաբանել է նա: Ադրբեջանը կարծում է, որ ամբողջ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պետք է անցնի իրեն, և ոչ առանց Թուրքիայի օգնության։ Հայաստանում մի կողմից՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, որը խոսում է խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման անհրաժեշտության մասին, մյուս կողմից՝ կան ուժեր, որոնք այդ քաղաքական գործչին մեղադրում են դավաճանության մեջ և չեն էլ ուզում լսել որևէ հաշտության պայմանագրի մասին։

«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ բողոքի ակցիաներ են ընթանում, որոնք երբեմն բուռն են, իսկ ընդհանրապես՝ Հայաստանում շատ անհանգիստ է։ Այս պայմաններում դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կկնքվի, ուստի սադրանքներ կլինեն։ Սահմանային բախումներով կողմերից յուրաքանչյուրն իր դիրքերի համար ուժեղացում է փնտրում»,- պարզաբանել է Սվետովը:

Նրա խոսքով, սահմանին գնդակոծության մասին հայտարարություններով Ադրբեջանը փորձում է ցույց տալ, որ Հայաստանին պետք չէ վստահել։ Իսկ Հայաստանում ակնարկում են, որ Ադրբեջանն այս կերպ ապացուցում է, որ խաղաղություն չի ուզում։ Տարածաշրջանում ռուս խաղաղապահներ կան, հիշեցրել է Սվետովը, բայց հիմա Ռուսաստանի ուշադրությունն առաջին հերթին բևեռված է Ուկրաինայի վրա։ Այսպիսով, դրսից ուժերը կարող են փորձել շեղել Ռուսաստանի ուշադրությունը հատուկ գործողությունից։ Եվ դա առաջին անգամը չէ: «Հիշենք վերջին շրջանում իրավիճակի սրումը Մերձդնեստրում, այնտեղ ևս խաղաղապահներ կան, իսկ հետո Մոլդովան պահանջեց դուրս բերել մեր խաղաղապահներին Մերձդնեստրից։ Ադրբեջանից ևս կարող են հայտարարություններ լինել, թե իբր Ռուսաստանը չի կատարում իր դերը, և ավելի լավ կլինի թուրքերին այնտեղ կանչել»,- ասել է Սվետովը։

Ընդ որում, այս պահին պայմանավորվածությունները գործում են, պատերազմ չկա։ Բայց հրետակոծության մեղադրանքներ պարբերաբար են հնչում երբեմն մի կողմից, երբեմն՝ մյուս։ Սվետովը վստահ է, որ Ռուսաստանի դեմ նման սադրանքները չեն աշխատի, քանի որ խոսքը ոչ թե հսկայական բանակների, այլ խաղաղապահների մասին է, և երկիրը պատրաստ էր նման հայտարարությունների։ Ոչ ոք չի համարձակվի հարձակվել խաղաղապահների վրա, քանի որ կա 2008 թվականի փորձը, երբ Սահակաշվիլին գլխին հարված ստացավ, և այդ իսկ պատճառով միայն կսադրեն:
