Ճանապարհ դեպի բռնապետություն․ Ո՞րն է իրավապաշտպանների լռության պատճառը

Տարիներ շարունակ արեւմտյան գրանտներից սնվող իրավապաշտպան կառույցները, արեւմտյան երկրների դեսպանատները Հայաստանի նախկին իշխանություններին մեղադրել են ընդդիմախոսներին ճնշելու, քաղաքական մեղադրանքնորով ազատազրկելու, բռնապետություն հաստատելու մեջ։
Նույն այդ իրավապաշտպաններն այսօր բերանները ջուր են առել ակնհայտ փաստերի պարագայում, երբ հեղինակություն եւ ազդեցություն ունեցող ընդդիմադիրներին, մտածող մարդկանց կալանավորում են։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սիրում է պարծենալ, թե Հայաստանը ժողովրդավարության բարձրագույն լիգայում է, «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն» է, իսկ նրա արեւմտյան հովանավորներն անգամ ջանք չեն գործադրում հիշեցնելու, որ Հայաստանում այսօր կան մարդիկ, որոնց դեմ գործեր են թխվում։
«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը տեւական ժամանակ բանտում է այնպիսի մեղադրանքով, որ նույնիսկ գործող իշխանության մոլեռանդ կողմնակիցները ջանում են չխոսել այդ մասին՝ գիտակցելով մեղադրանքի անհեթեթությունը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Չալաբյանին կալանավորել են տարածված ձայնագրության հիման վրա, որտեղ գործող վարչախմբի սպասարկուներից մեկը՝ Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսխորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանն ինքն է առաջարկում ուսանողներ բերել հանրահավաքների, գումար է պահանջում, հետո էլ ցուցմունք է տվել Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ։
Նախահեղափոխական Հայաստանում իրավապաշտպանները հեռուստաալիքների դռները կկոտրեին, որ տարփողեին բռնաճնշումների մասին, իսկ արեւմտյան դեսպանատները կոկորդները կպատռեին, Հայաստանը բռնապետության բաստիոն ներկայացնելու համար։
Իսկ այսօր, թե՛ Հայաստանում օրեցօր ավելացող քաղբանտարկյալների, թե՛ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեպքով քար լռություն է տիրում։ Այդ իրավապաշտպանները հաստատապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից չէ, որ վախենում են։ Եթե Փաշինյանի` հաջողակ ու հեղինակավոր, կիրթ ու դաստիարակված մարդկանց նկատմամբ ատելության պատճառը հասկանալի է` նա պատրաստ է ամեն գնով պահել իշխանությունը, ապա անհասկանալի է տեղական եւ արտերկրի իրավապաշտպանների վախը, լռությունը, հաճկատարությունը։ Իսկ Հայաստանը «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն» պոռալով արագընթաց շարժվում է դեպի մանր բռնապետություն։
