Նաիրի Հոխիկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Ադրբեջանը կրկին փորձում է Արցախի Դադիվանքի վանական համալիրից հանել հայ հոգևորականներին՝ յուրացնելու 9-րդ դարում հիմնադրված ավելի քան 1100 տարեկան հայկական հոգևոր կառույցը։
 
2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի խայտառակ փաստաթղթի ստորագրումից հետո Մոսկվայի և համայն Ռուսիո պատրիարք Կիրիլ առաջինի միջնորդությամբ Դադիվանքի վանական համալիրի երաշխավոր դարձավ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։ Այդ պահից ի վեր, մինչ այսօր, Դադիվանքում իրենց ծառայությունն են մատուցում հայ հոգևորականները, որոնց հերթափոխերը իրականացվում է բավական բարդություններով և խոչընդոտներով։
 
Ադրբեջանը պարբերաբար դիմում է սադրանքների, որպեսզի ինչպես հայ հոգևորականների, այնպես էլ ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությունը Դադիվանքում վտանգի ենթարկվի։
 
Վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում դեպի Դադիվանք տեղի է ունեցել հայ հավատացյալների ընդամենը մեկ ուխտագնացություն, մինչդեռ նույն ժամանակահատվածում դեպի Դադիվանք Ադրբեջանի «ուդիական համայնքի» ներկայացուցիչների բազմաթիվ այցեր են եղել։
 
Հիմա էլ հավաստի տեղեկություններ կան, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը Դադիվանքի «ուդինակացման» հարցում փորձում է որոշակի ռազմավարություն փոխել։ Հայ հոգևորականներին Դադիվանքից հեռացնելու համար Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը ռուսական կողմին առաջարկում է Դադիվանքում հայ հոգևորականներին փոխարինել Ռուսական եկեղեցու` Բաքվի ռուսական թեմի հոգևորականներով։ Այս առումով չմոռանանք, որ 2020-ի պատերազմի ժամանակ այդ հոգևորականները աղոթք էին կարդում, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը հաղթի Հայաստանին։
 
Միևնույն ժամանակ Ադրբեջանը պահանջում է, որ Արցախի ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքի հոգևոր պատասխանատու գնդերեց նշանակվի ոչ թե Մոսկվայից, այլ Բաքվի ռուս ուղղափառ թեմից, այսինքն կրկին ենթարկվի ադրբեջանական ազդեցությանը։
 
Ռուս ուղղափառ եկեղեցու Բաքվի թեմի քարտուղար Արխիմանդրիդ Ալեքսեյ Նիկոնորովը բավական սերտ կապերի մեջ է Բաքվի քաղաքական էլիտայի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, օգտվում է «Հեյդար Ալիևի» անվան հիմնադրամի փողերից, իր գլխավերևում կախում է ոչ թե Կիրիլ պատրիարքի, այլ Իլհամ Ալիևի նկարը։ Սա արդեն որոշ հարցերի պատասխանում է։
Օրերս կրկին Արցախում էի, իմացա, որ այժմ Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահ զորքում հոգևոր ծառայություն իրականացնող գնդերեց Հայր Պախոմին սիրված է ինչպես ռուսական համայնքի, այնպես էլ Արցախցիների կողմից։ Երիտասարդ նվիրյալ հոգևորական է, ով լավ գիտի հայոց պատմությունը և օգնում է հայ-ռուսական բարեկամության խորացմանը։ Այսպիսի անձինք բնականաբար խանգարում են թուրք-ադրբեջանական ծրագրերի իրականացմանը։
Հիմա առաջ մղելով Արցախում ռուս հոգևորականներին փոխելու և Ադրբեջանի ազդեցության գործակալ հոգևորականների տեղավորելու հարցը՝ թշնամին մի քանի նպատակ ունի․
 
1․ Դադիվանքից հանել հայ հոգևորականներին, իսկ եթե Դադիվանքում չկան հայեր, ապա այնտեղ ռուսական խաղաղապահների լինելու իմաստը կորում է, հետևաբար թուլանում է ռուսական ներկայության ուժը։
2․ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է ևս մեկ սեպ խրել հայ-ռուսական ազգային ու հոգևոր բարեկամության մեջ։
3․ Յուրացնել Արցախի պատմաճարտարապետական ժառանգությունը։
