Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, Դիմադրության շարժումը մոտենում է կարևոր հանգրվանի։
Խորհրդարանական պետության ներկայացուցչական բարձրագույն մարմնում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովում, երկրի համար օրհասական այս իրավիճակում, օրվա իշխանությունը մերժում է ազգային և պետական շահերին առնչվող կարևորագույն հարցերի վերաբերյան կարմիր գծեր սահմանելը և դրանով իսկ մեկ անգամ ևս փաստում, որ իրենք կապ չունեն մեր պետության և ժողովրդի հետ։
Վաղը՝ ժամը 16։00-ին խորհրդարանում նշանակված է արտահերթ նիստ, մենք գնալու ենք խորհրդարան։ Մինչև այդ ժամը բոլորի համար կա հնարավորություն արտահայտելու իրենց դիրքորոշումը։
Նրանց մեծամասնության համար այդ շանսը դեռ կա։ Նրանք դեռ կարող են ազատվել երկիրը թշնամուն հանձնելու, պետականությունը կործանելու խայտառակ այս գործընթացի բարոյական պատասխանատվությունից։
