Ինչու՞ կապիկի ծաղիկը ակտիվացավ Քովիդի պասիվացման փուլում

Կապիկի ծաղիկը մարդկությանը հայտնի է 1958 թվականից, այն հայտնաբերվել է Եվրոպա ներկրված կապիկների շրջանում, դա էլ հիմք է հանդիսացել անվանման համար: Սակայն հետագայում վիրուսը հայտնաբերվել է նաև կրծողների մոտ։ Հիվանդությոնը բնորոշ է Աֆրիկյան մայրցամաքին, ավելի կոնկրետ Կենտրոնական և Արեւմտյան հատվածին։ Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ մարդկանց շրջանում առաջին դեպքը գրանցվել է 1970 թվականին, այնուհետև` պարբերաբար եզակի դեպքեր և սահմանափակ բռնկումներ ևս լինում էին, վերջինը եղել է ոչ վաղ անցյալում՝ 2018 թվականին, Եվրոպայում՝ հիվանդության էնդեմիկ գոտիներից վերադարձած անձանց շրջանում։

«Կապկի ծաղիկը համավարակի չի վերածվի». այսպես են կարծում մասնագետները։ Ոչ մի պարագայում այս հիվանդությունը չպետք է համեմատվի քովիդ 19-ի հետ։

Ինչպես նշեցինք, այս հիվանդությունը նորություն չէ, բայց թե ինչու՞ հենց քովիդի նահանջելու ֆոնին այն ակտիվացավ՝ պարզ չէ։

Այդուհանդերձ՝ այս հիվանդությունը հեշտ փոխանցվողների շարքից չէ: Ի դեպ՝ ծաղիկ հիվանդության դեմ ներարկումը պաշտպանում է նաև կապիկի ծաղիկից: Հայաստանում դեպքեր բարեբախտաբար չկան։

Ինչու՞ այն ակտիվացավ Քովիդի պասիվացման փուլում:

Առողջապահության կազմակերպիչ Դավիթ Մելիք-Նուբարյան Medmedia.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ ամենայն հավանականության այն զուգադիպություն է։

«Դժվար է ասել, բայց ամենայն հավանականությամբ դա զուգադիպություն է։ Չեմ կարծում, որ այստեղ որևէ կապ կա, քանի որ թե՛ վիրուսները, թե՛ իրենց փոխանցման մեխանիզմները, թե՛ հիվանդության ընթացքը և ախտանշանները չափազանց տարբեր են։ Ամեն դեպքում, այս բռնկումը տարբերվում է նախորդներից իր տարածվածությամբ և նրանով, որ հիվանդացած մարդիկ չեն ունեցել Աֆրիկա ճանապարհորդելու կամ ճանապարհորդած անձանց հետ շփվելու պատմություն»,-նշել է նա։

Նշենք  նաև որ վարակակիրների մոտ հիվանդությունը թեթև է ընթանում և չկան մահվան դեպքեր։ Կապիկի ծաղիկը դանդաղ է տարածվում, սերտ և երկարատև շփման դեպքում։

Մարդը մարդուն պետք է շատ մոտ գտնվի, որպեսզի թքի միջոցով այն անցնի մյուսին, կամ էլ պետք է շփվել մարդու լորձաթաղանթի հետ։ Ի դեպ, վարակվել հնարավոր է նաև անկողնային պարագաներից ու սրբիչներից։ Որպես կանոն վարակվելու հավանականությունը շատ ցածր է։ Ախտանշաններն են՝ գլխացավ, մկանացավ, բարձր ջերմություն, որից հետո, երկու օրվա ընթացքում սկսվում է ցանավորումը։ Դեպքերի ճնշող մեծամասնությունը Եվրոպայում  արձանագրվել են  տղամարդկանց հետ սեռական հարաբերություն ունեցող տղամարդկանց շրջանում։ Խոցելի խմբում են տարեցները, երեխաները և թույլ իմունային համակարգ ունեցող մարդիկ։
