Ավետիք Չալաբյանն իր ուղերձում մասնավորապես նշում է. 

«Սիրելի՛ գործընկերներ, համախոհներ, հայրենակիցներ,

շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլորիդ այս դժվարին ու կարևոր պահին իմ կողքին լինելու, անվերապահ աջակցելու, քաջալերելու և հավատալու համար։ Այս պահին ձեր սատարումն անգնահատելի է, ձեր անշահախնդիր վերաբերմունքն ու անդրդվելի դիրքորոշումը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում են, որ արդարությունն անպայման կվերականգնվի։ 

Շնորհակալություն հրապարակային կոչերով իրենց աջակցությունը հայտնած բոլոր կազմակերպություններին ու անձանց՝ ՀՀ Աժ պատգամավորներին, «Արար» հիմնադրամին, որոնք երաշխավորագրեր են ներկայացրել։ 

Շնորհակալություն Արցախի պետական, քաղաքական, հոգևոր առաջնորդներին աջակցության խոսքերի և վստահության համար։ Հավաստիացնում եմ, որ այստեղից դուրս գալուց հետո էլ Արցախում իրականացվող ծրագրերը շարունակվելու են նոր թափով, կյանքի են կոչվելու նորերը. միասին դեռ շատ անելիքներ ունենք։ Շնորհակալություն նաև բոլոր համախոհներին, այս ամբողջ ընթացքում տարբեր կերպով աջակցողներին։

Անհատապես շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլորին»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Համախմբում» շարժման անդամ, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի կալանավորման որոշման դեմ բերված վերաքննիչ բողոքի քննության դատական նիստը երեկ հետաձգվել էր՝ պայմանավորված աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտով։  

Նիստը կշարունակվի այսօր 31.05.2022թ-ին, ժամը 13:30,  վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում (Գարեգին Նժդեհ 23)։

Նշենք, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի կալանավորման դեմ վերաքննիչ բողոքը մակագրվել է դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանին։

«Համախմբում» շարժման անդամ, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին անհիմն, առանց որևէ արժանահավատ ապացույցի և քրեադատավարական ընթացակարգերի կոպտագույն խախտումներով մեղսագրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 163-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով նախատեսված արարքը։ Արարք, որն արդեն ընդունված և սույն թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող քրեական օրենսգրքով ապաքրեականացված է: Միտումնավոր հետապնդման և քաղաքական պատվերի դրսևորում է նաև այն փաստը, որ հայտնի ակնհայտ մոնտաժված ձայնագրության հրապարակումից երեք օր անց Ավետիք Չալաբյանը շարունակել է իր բնականոն կյանքը, որևէ կերպ չմիջամտելով քննությանը, չթաքնվելով, սակայն, դա անտեսվել է և այնուամենայնիվ Ա․Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ անհասկանալի հիմնավորմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել երկամսյա կալանքը:
