Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության միջև պետք է լինի հուսալի ցամաքային կապ․ Արցախն անկլավ չի լինելու:
 
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման երաշխավորն է:
 
Սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման աշխատանքները պետք է իրականացվեն ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքից Ադրբեջանի զորքերի դուրս բերման նախապայմանով:
 
Սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման աշխատանքների արդյունքում բացառվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ամբողջականության խաթարումը:
 
Հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում բացառվում է որևէ համաձայնություն, որը հարցականի տակ կդնի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը:
 
Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի հետ ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակումը չի կարող տեղի ունենալ միջանցքային տրամաբանությամբ:
