Դարձյալ Արմեն Դանիելյանը. Չալաբյանի գործն էլ է մակագրվել իշխանությունների «սրտի դատավորին»
ANALYSISՀասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, «Արար» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանի կալանավորման դեմ վերաքննիչ բողոքը մակագրվել է ձեռքով: Այս պարագայում նույնիսկ առանց երկմտելու կարելի էր ենթադրել, թե ում է մակագրվելու այդ գործը: Իշխանությունների ընտրությունն առանձնապես մեծ չէ, իսկ «առաջին տեղում», բնականաբար, Արմեն Դանիելյանն է, որը մշտապես կայացնում է իշխանություններին հաճո որոշումներ: Հենց նրան էլ մակագրվել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանի կալանավորման դեմ վերաքննիչ բողոքը:
Նման պատահականություններ չեն լինում, առավել ևս, որ, նորից կրկնենք, գործը մակագրվել է ձեռքով, թեպետ էլեկտրոնային մակագրման համակարգը վաղուց «տուն» է վերադարձել: Ի դեպ, ավելորդ չէ նշել, որ Արմեն Դանիելյանը դատավորների վարկանիշային ցանկում գրեթե մշտապես զբաղեցրել է վերջին տեղը, այսինքն՝ փաստաբանական համայնքի կողմից ամեն տարի արժանացել է ամենաբացասական գնահատականին: Բայց 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունեցող բոլոր գործերը մակագրվել են նրան, ու նա երբեք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, այսպես ասած, չի «քաշել» և նրա ցանկալի որոշումներն է կայացրել: Ուստի պատահական չէ, որ իրավաբանական հանրույթի շրջանում անհանգստություններ կան, որ նրա ձեռամբ հիմա էլ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ կշարունակվեն քաղաքական հալածանքները: Իսկ որ վերջինս քաղբանտարկյալ է, կարծես թե, մեծամասնությունն այդ հարցում տարակույս չունի:
Ավելին, ինչպես ԶԼՄ-ներն էին տեղեկացրել, նրա նկատմամբ իրավական գործիքակազմով իրականացվող քաղաքական հետապնդումը անհանգստացրել է նաև արտերկրի մի շարք հեղինակավոր կազմակերպությունների, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում եվորապական երկրների դեսպաններին: Հավելենք, որ Չալաբյանի փաստաբանների փոխանցմամբ, հասարակական գործիչը ցանկություն է հայտնել անձամբ ներկա գտնվել քննության նիստին, որը կայանալու է երկուշաբթի օրը:
Ի դեպ, հիշեցնենք, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ձերբակալվել, ապա դատարանի որոշմամբ կալանավորվել է Հայաստանի, այսպես կոչված, 1000 դրամների գործով, մի հոդվածով, որի սահմանադրականությունը որոշելու համար Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելու միջնորդությամբ փաստաբանական խումբն արդեն դիմել է գլխավոր դատախազին: Նշենք նաև Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը, Սեյրան Օհանյանը, Էլինար Վարդանյանը, Հայկ Մամիջանյանը, Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը և ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը անձնական երաշխավորագրեր են ներկայացրել Ավետիք Չալաբյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու համար:
