Հենրիխ Դանիելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Մենք ունեցել ենք հզոր բանակ, որի շնորհիվ ունեցել ենք խաղաղություն, մենք կերտել ենք խաղաղություն մեր պայքարի և անկոտրում ոգու շնորհիվ։
 
2008֊2018 թթ.֊ին` Սերժ Սարգսյանի կառավարման տարիներին մենք ունեցել ենք հզոր բանակ, մենք ունեցել ենք հզոր սպառազինություն։ Կուզեմ նշել մի քանի ապացույց, մի քանի դրվագ, որոնք հստակ կտան բոլոր այն հարցերի պատասխանները, որոնք իշխանության ֆեյք նյուզի և արծրունանման մարդկանց մակարդակով տարածվել են մեր հանրության շրջանում։ Նախ կուզեմ նշել, որ ադրբեջանական կողմն ասել է, որ 44֊օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում մոտավորապես 5 միլիարդ դոլլարի զինտեխնիկա է մնացել Արցախի այն հատվածներում, որոնք օկուպացվել են նրանց կողմից, իսկ այդ միլիարդների սպառազինությունը այս իշխանությունները ժառանգել էին նախկին իշխանություններից, ինչպես և ժառանգել էին բանակցությունների այնպիսի փաթեթ, որով Ալիևն ասում էր, որ փակ դռների ետևում նրան ստիպում են ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը։
 
Վերջին տարիներին մեր բանակը համալրվել է 《Իսկանդերով》, 《Точка У》-ով, 《Սմերչ》֊ով, 《Կոնկուրս》 հակատանկային կառավարվող հրթիռներ և այլ ժամանակակից զինատեսակներով։ Սերժ Սարգսյանի շնորհիվ` իր կառավարման տարիներին մեր դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի կողմից ստացել ենք 50.000 տոննա ռազմական օժանդակություն։ Սպառազինության վերաբերյալ ունեցել ենք մեկ` 100 միլիոն դոլլարանոց պայմանագիր և մեկ` 150 միլիոն դոլլարանոց պայմանագիր։ Պետք է արձանագրել, որ Նիկոլի կառավարման ընթացքում բացի ՍՈւ֊երից որևէ խոշոր գնում չի եղել։
 
30 տարի շարունակ մենք ապահովել ենք արժանապատիվ խաղաղություն։ Նիկոլը եկավ իշխանության ու ասաց, որ բանակցությունները սկսում է իր սեփական կետից, նա եկավ ու ասեց. 《Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ》,֊ և մեզ տարավ կործանարար պատերազմի, որի արդյունքում մենք ունեցանք հազարավոր սպանված և գերեվարված հայորդիներ։
Ես ուզում եմ հստակ նշել, թե ինչու՞ ենք մենք Նիկոլին դավաճան ասում. Կար ժամանակ, երբ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն ասում էր, որ միջազգային հանրությունը ստիպում է իրեն ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը, իսկ հիմա մենք ապրում ենք Նիկոլի Հայաստանում, որտեղ Նիկոլը Ալիևին համարում է կիրթ և կառուցողական, իսկ այդ նույն Ալիևը մատ է թափ տալիս Հայաստանի ու Նիկոլի վրա։
 
Այո, Նիկոլը դավաճան է, որովհետև հենց նա հայտարարեց. 《Կարող էինք կանխել պատերազմը, որի արդյունքում կունենայինք նույն վիճակը` իհարկե առանց զոհերի》,֊այսինքն 5000֊ից ավելի տղաների կյանքը նրա համար ոչինչ էր։
 
Երկար տարիներ մենք հակամարտել ենք մի պետության հետ, որի ռազմական բյուջեն մի քանի անգամ գերազանցել է մեր ռազմական բյուջեին, սակայն ճիշտ քայլերի, ճիշտ ռազմավարության շնորհիվ մենք կարողացել ենք զսպել, սանձել ադրբեջանական կողմի ագրեսիան և ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմում հաղթանակ արձանագրել։
