Սիրիական զորքերի եւ  զինված խմբավորուների «Ջեյշ ալ ֆաթհ» կոալիցիայի միջեւ տեղային զինադադարի շրջանակներում դեկտեմբերի 28-ին Սիրիայի հյուսիս-արեւմուտքում սկսվել Է խաղաղ բնակիչների տարհանումը շիաներով բնակեցված երկու շրջաններից: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով«Ալ Մայադին» հեռուստակայանին, ընդամենը 380 մարդ կհեռանան Էլ Ֆուա եւ Քեֆրայա բնակավայրերը, որոնք շրջապատված են ելուզակային կազմավորումներով:  Նրանց թվում կան վիրավորներ եւ բուժօգնության կարիք ունեցողներ: Կարմիր Մահիկի ավտոշարասյունը կհասնի մինչեւ Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանի Բեբ ալ Խավա սահմանային կետ: Այնուհետեւ Սիրիայի քաղաքացիները հնարավորություն կստանան Ստամբուլից օդանավով մեկնել Բեյրութ եւ Դամասկոս:

Միաժամանակ Զաբադանի լեռնային առողջարանից (Դամասկոսից 45 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա), որը շրջապատված Է սիրիական բանակի եւ շիաների «Հըզբոլլահ» կուսակցության ջոկատների կողմից, Լիբանանի սահմանով դուրս կբերվեն 129 զինյալներ: Նրանք կտեղավոխվեն Բեյրութի միջազգային օդանավակայան, որպեսզի այնտեղից ինքնաթիռով մեկնեն Թուրքիա:

Հրադադարի, գերիների փոխանակման, խաղաղ քաղաքացիների եւ անօրինական կազմավորումների անդամների տարհանման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիրը կողմերի միջեւ ձեռք Է բերվել սեպտեմբերի 24-ին՝ Դամասկոսում ՄԱԿ-ի առաքելության օժանդակությամբ եւ իրանական դեսպանատան միջնորդությամբ: Գործարքի պայմանների համաձայն՝ հաջորդ փուլերում անվտանգ միջանցք կտրամադրվի 1,2 հազար զինյալների, որոնք հենակետ են պահպանում Զաբադանիում, ու նրանց ընտանիքներին: Իդլիբի շիաբնակ երկու ավաններից զինյալները համաձայնել են բաց թողնել 10-14 հազար մարդու: Միաժամանակ, ինչպես նշում Է ՏԱՍՍ- ը,  սիրիական իշխանությունները, որպես «բարի կամքի» դրսեւորում, պետք Է ազատ արձակեն իրենց կողմից ձերբակալված 500 ընդդիմադիրների:
