Իշխանություններն այլևս կարմիր գծեր չունեն. նրանց ուղղակի պետք է կանգնեցնել
ANALYSISՓաշինյանի կառավարման 4 տարիները աչքի են ընկել առաջին հերթին բռնաճնշումներով։ Այդ ընթացքում նա անընդհատ հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարությունը դարձել է Հայաստանի գլխավոր ուղենիշը, միաժամանակ իշխանության կողմից խոսքի ազատությունը մշտապես ճնշումների է ենթարկվել։
Այսինքն, հասարակությանը հուզող հարցերը ոչ թե վեր են հանվել ու հանրային քննարկման և դիսկուրսի առարկա դարձել, այլ միայն գործի են դրվել ատելության բորբոքումն ու խնդիրների անձնավորումը։ Դրա արդյունքում է, որ քաղաքական հետապնդումները Փաշինյանի կառավարման ողջ ընթացքում դարձել են իշխանական գործելակերպի անբաժանելի մասը։
Եվ քանի որ կրկին ներքաղաքական պայքարը գնալով թեժանում է, իսկ ընդիմությունը երկարատև ապակենտրոն պայքար է սկսել, ապա իշխանության դիրքերի թուլացմանը զուգահեռ, Փաշինյանը անցել է իր ամենանախընտրած գործին՝ ողջ թափով իրավական գործիքի կիրառմանը։
Եվ պատահական չէ նաև, որ այս օրերին իրավապահներն խուզարկությունների շարք են սկսել կոնկրետ մի շարք ընդդիմադիրների բնակարաններում։ Ըստ այդմ, արդեն օրինաչափություն է դարձել, որ բոլոր այն քաղաքական գործիչները և ուժերը, որոնք մեծ ինտելեկտուալ ունակություններ, հեղինակություն կամ կապերի լայն շրջանակ ունեն, միանգամից հայտնվում են բռնաճնշումների թիրախում։
Եվ բռնաճնշումների արդյունքում է նաև, որ ձերբակալվեց ապա երկու ամսով կալանավորվեց «Արար» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ավետքի Չալաբյանը, ումից իշխանությունները լուրջ վտանգ են տեսնում, քանի որ իրենց համար կարող է լինել ապագա քաղաքական մրցակից։
Խնդիրն այն է, որ նրա նկատմամբ իրականացվող քրեական հետապնդման և կալանավորման իրավաչափությունը իրավաբանների կողմից կասկածի տակ է դրվում։ Ուստի այս պարագայում արդարադատության ոտնահարման միջոցով քաղաքական ճնշումները մեծ ռեզոնանս են առաջ բերել։
Եվ պատահական չէ, որ Չալաբյանի մի քանի տասնակ գործընկերներ, որոնց մեջ կան նաև հանրության համար հայտնի գործիչներ, հանդես են եկել հատուկ հայտարարությամբ, որով են անում Հայաստանի իշխանություններին վերանայել կայացրած որոշումները և շուտափույթ ազատ արձակել նրան:
2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո, երբ շատերը զգուշացնում էին, որ Փաշինյանը կանգ չի առնելու, իրավական գործիքը կիրառելու է իր քաղաքական մրցակիցների դեմ մինչև վերջ, ապա մարդիկ կային, ովքեր թերահավատությամբ էին վերաբերվում այդ զգուշացումներին։
Սակայն հիմա տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները ցույց են տալիս, որ քաղաքական հետապնդումներն այնպիսի ծավալներ են ստացել, որ իշխանություններն այլևս կարմիր գծեր չունեն, և որ նրանց ուղղակի պետք է կանգնեցնել, այլ տարբերակ չկա։
