Ադրբեջանի կազմում որևէ կարգավիճակ անընդունելի է․ Արցախի նախագահի խոսնակ

Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների վերաբերմունքը տարբեր ձևաչափերով ընթացող բանակցություններում և քննարկումներում Արցախի Հանրապետության ու Արցախի ժողովրդի ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ հնչեցվող հայտարարություններին միանշանակ է և արտահայտվել է մի քանի անգամ Նախագահի ու Ազգային ժողովի կողմից։
Այս մասին «Արցախպրես»-ին տված մեկնաբանությունում ասել է ԱՀ Նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Լուսինե Ավանեսյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ ցանկանում է հիշեցնել 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Նախագահ Հարությունյանի հրապարակած դրույթներից մի քանիսը՝
1. Արցախահայության ինքնորոշման իրավունքի լիարժեք ճանաչումը որևէ վերապահման և զիջման ենթակա չէ։ Այդ հարցի բացառիկ տերը Արցախի ժողովուրդն է։
2. Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության միջազգային ճանաչումը իշխանությունների ուղենիշն է մնում։ Ադրբեջանի կազմում որևէ կարգավիճակ անընդունելի է։
3․ Ոչ միայն կարգավիճակի, այլև ժողովրդագրական առումով վերադարձն անցյալին անընդունելի է։ Արցախի Հանրապետությունն ունի իր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու խնդիր։
ԱՀ Նախագահի խոսնակի խոսքով՝ իր քաղաքականությունն Արցախի իշխանությունը կառուցում ու իրականացնում է Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության հռչակագրին և մայր օրենքին համապատասխան՝ համագործակցելով բոլոր գործընկերների հետ։
