Հրաչյա Հարությունյանն ամենայն հավանականությամբ հաջորդ տարի կտեղափոխվի Հայաստան․ նախարար

Ընթացիկ տարում Արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի Միջազգային իրավական փոխօգնության եւ արտաքին կապերի վարչության կողմից ուսումնասիրվել եւ ընթացք է տրվել օտարերկրյա պետությունում պատիժը կրող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի հանդիսացող 91 դատապարտյալի դիմում` պատժի մնացած մասը կրելու նպատակով Հայաստան փոխանցման խնդրանքով։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 28-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը։

«Դիմումներից բավարարվել է 27 դիմում, մերժվել 39 դիմում, իսկ ներկայումս քննության փուլում է գտնվում 25 դիմում: Վարչության կողմից ուսումնասիրվել եւ ընթացք է տրվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում պատիժը կրող 40 դատապարտյալի դիմում` պատժի մնացած մասը կրելու նպատակով իրենց քաղաքացիության երկիր փոխանցման խնդրանքով, որոնցից բավարարվել է 28 դիմում, մերժվել` 3 դիմում, իսկ ներկայումս քննության փուլում է գտնվում 9 դիմում»,- ասաց Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը։

Լրագրողների հարցին, թե ՌԴ-ում դատապարտված հայ վարորդ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը երբ է Հայաստան տեղափոխվելու, նախարարը նշեց, որ Հարությունյանը դիմել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությանը, այժմ ընթացակարգի համաձայն գործընթացը շարունակվում է եւ չի բացառվում, որ հաջորդ տարի հայ վարորդը կտեղափոխվի Հայաստան։

Նշենք, որ մինչ այդ խոսակցություններ կային, որ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը Հայաստան կտեղափոխվի այս տարի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ բեռնատարը, որի ղեկին եղել է Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը, 2013 թվականի հուլիսի 13-ին մխրճվել է Պոդոլսկից դեպի Կուրիլովո 64 ուղեւորի փոխադրող ավտոբուսի մեջ: Վթարի հետեւանքով 18 մարդ զոհվել է, ավելի քան 40-ը՝ վիրավորվել:

Հետաքննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ բեռնատարը հարկ եղածի պես չի սպասարկվել, ինչի հետեւանքով արգելակման հետ կապված խնդիրներ է ունեցել: Ըստ հետաքննության, Հարությունյանը պետք է իմանար այդ մասին: Մոսկվայի քաղաքային դատարանը 2015թ. ապրիլին Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին դատապարտել է 6 տարի եւ 9 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման: Մոսկվայի քաղաքային դատարանը անփոփոխ է թողել այդ դատավճիռը:
