Չնայած ներքին ու արտաքին ահռելի ճնշումներին, իշխանությունները Չալաբյանին պահում են անազատության մեջ

Հայաստանում քաղաքական հետապնդումները նոր թափ են հավաքել։ Թերևս դա կապված է նրա հետ, որ իշխանությունները շարունակաբար կորցնում են հանրային վստահությունը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ընդդիմությունը ակտիվ փուլի մեջ է պահում իշխանափոխության հասնելու նպատակով մեկնարկած շարժումը։

Եվ հատկանշական է, որ ընդդիմության նախաձեռնած գործընթացը կոնկրետ մեկ կենտրոնից չի ղեկավարվում, նրանում ընդգրկված են տարբեր հասարակական, քաղաքական միավորներ և գործիչներ։ Ուստի, իշխանությունները հատկապես վտանգ են տեսնում կոնկրետ այն գործիչներից, որոնք մեծ պոտենցիալ ունեն հաջողություններ գրանցելու։

Սրանով է պայմանավորված այն հանգամանքը, որ իշխանությունների կողմից թիրախավորվում ու քաղաքական բռնաճնշումների են ենթարկվում հատկապես ժողովրդի շրջանում վստահություն վայելող և արտերկրում մեծ կապեր ունեցող գործիչները։

Ըստ այդմ, պատահական չէ, որ իշխանությունների թելադրմամբ լայն թափով անհամաչափ ուժ է կիրառվում, իսկ մյուս կողմից էլ գործեր են կարվում մի շարք ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ։ Այսպիսի գործերից մեկի շրջանակներում էլ կալանավորվեց «Արար» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Բնական է, որ իշխանությունների կողմից թափ հավաքող այսպիսի գործելակերպը չէր կարող ներքաղաքական ռեզոնանս չառաջացնել։ Դրա համար էլ մեծ թվով մարդիկ միանում են Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալներին ազատ արձակելու պահանջով մեկնարկած ստորագրահավաքին։

Մյուս կողմից էլ քաղաքական հետապնդումներն այն աստիճանի են հասել, որ հայտնվել են արտաքին գործընկերների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Մասնավորապես, օրերս մամուլը տեղեկացրեց, որ եվրոպական երկրների դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց մտահոգությունն են արտահայտել այս հարցի կապակցությամբ։

Մտահոգությունը ակնառու է հատկապես այն դեպքերի հետ կապված, որոնցում արդարադատությունն ակնհայտորեն ոտնակոխ է արվում։ Օրինակ՝ հասարակական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին իշխանությունները երկու ամսով կալանավորել են Քրեական օրենսգրքի մի հոդվածով, որն իրավաբանական հանրույթի կողմից դատավարական սխալ է համարվում: Ինքը՝ Չալաբյանը, հայտարարեց, որ որ գործում «բացակայում է որևէ իրական հանցակազմ, և միակ իրական նպատակն ինձ և ընկերներիս վրա անթաքույց քաղաքական ճնշում գործադրելն է»: Երեկ տարածված հայտարարության մեջ էլ Չալաբյանը նշել էր. «Ինձ կալանավորելու որոշումն ընդամենը քննիչի միջնորդության ուղիղ վերարտադրությունն է, ինչն ակնհայտ քաղաքական պատվերի դրսևորում է: Գործող իշխանությունների կողմից իմ և շարժման բազմաթիվ այլ համախոհների նկատմամբ հետապնդումներն ապացույցն են այն բանի, որ իշխանությունը հոգեվարքի մեջ է»:

Քանի որ Չալաբյանը ակտիվ կապեր ունի արտերկրում, ապա նրա գործն անհանգստացրել է նաև արտասահմանյան մի շարք խոշոր կառույցների ու կազմակերպությունների: Սակայն, չնայած այս բոլոր արտաքին ու ներքին ճնշումներին, գործող իշխանություններն ինչպես զանց են առնում վերջինիս հետ կապված գործի օրինականության պահանջները, այնպես էլ արտաքին ու ներքին մտահոգությունները ու նրան շարունակում են պահել անազատության մեջ: Ծանոթ գործելաոճ է, չոսր տարում այս իշխանությունների ձեռագրում ոչինչ չի փոխվել...
