Բրյուսելում Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ԵՄ խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի եռակողմ հանդիպմանը որևէ փաստաթղթի ստորագրում չի նախատեսվում։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան այս մասին հայտնել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։ ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարն անդրադարձել է նաև հնչող քննադատությանը, թե հանդիպման օրակարգը գաղտնի է պահվում․

– Մայիսի 22-ին Բրյուսելում նախատեսված է Հայաստանի վարչապետի, ԵՄ խորհրդի նախագահի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի եռակողմ հանդիպումը: Որոշ քննադատություն կա, թե հանդիպման օրակարգը գաղտնի է պահվում: Ի՞նչ կասեք այս կապակցությամբ:

– Դա առնվազն տարօրինակ քննադատություն է, որովհետեւ Ադրբեջանի հետ մեր քննարկումների ընթացիկ օրակարգը հանրահայտ է: Դրանք են՝ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման կամ խաղաղության բանակցությունների մեկնարկի համար մեր եւ Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած կետերը, որոնք նույնպես հրապարակված են եւ ներառում են ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման թեման, գերիների վերադարձի եւ անհայտ կորած անձանց ճակատագրի պարզաբանման հարցեր, տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացման հետ կապված հարցեր, սահմանների սահմանագծման եւ սահմանազատման, ինչպես նաեւ սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով երկկողմ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքի մեկնարկի հետ կապված հարցեր: Սա նույն օրակարգն է, ինչ քննարկվել է նախորդ հանդիպումների ընթացքում:

– Իսկ Բրյուսելում որեւէ փաստաթղթի ստորագրում նախատեսվու՞մ է:

– Ոչ, որովհետեւ, օրինակ տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացման հարցով եռակողմ աշխատանքային խումբ է գործում փոխվարչապետերի համանախագահությամբ եւ բարձրագույն մակարդակում ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունների քննարկումները այդ ֆորմատով պիտի շարունակվեն: Նույնը կարելի է ասել նաեւ մյուս հարցերի մասին, որոնք ավելի մանրամասն քննարկվում են աշխատանքային ֆորմատներով: Հետեւաբար որեւէ փաստաթղթի ստորագրում Բրյուսելում նախատեսված չէ: Ենթադրվում է, որ կլինի քննարկումների արդյունքների մասին հաղորդագրություն:
