ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Դժվար է պատկերացնել ավելի աբսուրդ, հակասական վիճակ, քան երեկ Երևանում տեղի ունեցածն է: «Մարիոթ» հյուրանոցում Freedom House միջազգային կազմակերպությունն անցկացնում էր «Հայկական ժողովրդավարությունը» թեմայով ֆորում, որին ներկա էին ԵՄ և ԱՄՆ դեսպանները, բացառապես արևմուտքից ֆինանսավորվող և իրենց իրավապաշտպան համարող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ ու... քպականներ։ Միջոցառմանը ելույթ ունեցավ նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որը նորից խոսում էր «ժողովրդավարության բրենդի» մասին:
Ուշագրավն այն է, որ «հայկական ժողովրդավարության» մասին ֆորումն անցնում էր «փակ դռների» հետևում, հարյուրավոր ոստիկաններով շրջափակված շենքում, իսկ քննարկմանը չէին հրավիրել ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին: Ավելին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիկնազորը նրանց նույնիսկ արգելեց մտնել այն դահլիճ, ուր տեղի էր ունենում «ժողովրդավարության» թեմայով միջոցառումը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, «ժողովրդավարության» մասին խոսում են այն օրերին, երբ անհամաչափ, բռնի ուժ է կիրառվում խաղաղ ցուցարարների նկատմամբ, երբ «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնի» իշխանությունները բռնաճնշումներ են կիրառում քաղաքական հակառակորդների նկատմամբ, երբ առկա են քաղբանտարկյալներ:
Ֆորումի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթը աչքի ընկավ մեկ այլ ուշագրավ «երանգով» նույնպես: Նա բացահայտ կերպով պատերազմի պարտության, հայկական կողմի ներկա ու, առավել ևս, ապագա զիջումների ողջ պատասխանատվությունը գցեց ՀՀ քաղաքացու գրպանը՝ պարզ ասելով, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացին է «խաղաղության օրակարգի» մանդատ տվել: Այստեղ խնդիրը խաղաղությունը չէ, որովհետև խաղաղություն ցանկանում են բոլորը, այլ այն, թե ինչ է սպասվում այդ օրակարգով ստորագրվելիք փաստաթղթերում: Հենց այս «հեռանկարի» համար էլ Փաշինյանը հղում է տալիս ՀՀ քաղաքացուն...
