Մայիսին, բացի ամսական պարգևատրումից, հատկացվել է նաև մեկ պաշտոնային դրույքաչափով պարգևատրում․ Ոստիկանության պարզաբանումը

Վերջին օրերին ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնակազմին պարգևատրելու կապակցությամբ հրապարակային ելույթները, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով հրապարակումները, վերջին մեկ-երկու օրվա ընթացքում կատարված հարցումները, ընդհանուր առմամբ. ստեղծում, ձևավորում են ոստիկանության համակարգում տեղի ունեցած արտասովոր, արտակարգ դեպքի իրողության անհարկի պատկերացում: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը:

Պարզաբանման մեջ նաեւ ասվում է. «Անհարկի, քանի որ ոստիկանության համակարգում պարգևատրումներն ամենևին նոր երևույթ չեն։ Պարգևատրումներ տրվել են թե մինչև «Պետական պաշտոններ և պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի ընդունումը (ուժի մեջ է մտել 01.07.2014թ.-ից) և թե դրանից հետո։ Մասնավորապես, օրենքն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո համակարգի ծառայողները, օրենքով սահմանված մինչև մեկ պաշտոնային դրույքաչափով պարգևատրվել են՝ 2015 – 2016 թթ.՝ 3 -ական անգամ, 2017 թ.՝ 2 անգամ, 2018թ.՝ 3 անգամ, որից 2-ը՝ ապրիլ, իսկ 3-րդը՝ դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին։ 2019 թ.-ից ներդրվել է ամսական պարգևատրումների համակարգը, այդուհանդերձ, դրանից զատ՝ տարեվերջին հատկացվել է նաև մինչև մեկ պաշտոնային դրույքաչափով միանվագ դրամական պարգևատրում։ Նույն կարգով ՝ 2020-2021թթ., բացի ամսական պարգևատրումներից, 2-ական անգամ, մինչև մեկ պաշտոնային դրույքաչափերով հատկացվել են նաև միանվագ դրամական պարգևատրումներ։

Ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսին, բացի ամսական պարգևատրումից, հատկացվել է նաև մեկ պաշտոնային դրույքաչափով պարգևատրում, որի արդյունքում ոստիկանության ծառայողների (աշխատողների) միջին ամսական վարձատրության չափը, ներառյալ ամսական և միանվագ տրված պարգևատրման գումարները, կազմել է 283.0 հազ. դրամ, զուտը` 218.1 հազ. դրամ, որը համեմատելի է նախորդ տարվա՝ 281.0 հազ. դրամ, զուտը` 217.7 հազ. դրամ ցուցանիշի հետ։

Ամփոփելով, հարկ է նշել նաև, որ աշխատանքի վարձատրության մաս կազմող թե՛ ամսական և թե՛ միանվագ պարգևատրումները, կառավարության կողմից տվյալ բնագավառում վարվող քաղաքականությանը համահունչ, տրվում են բացառապես ոստիկանությունում ծառայության գրավչությունը բարձրացնելու, կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումները հնարավոր նվազագույնի հասցնելու համար՝ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգին, պայմաններին և չափերին համապատասխան։
