Ատեստավորման նպատակով այս տարի կվերապատրաստվեն ավելի քան 14 հազար ուսուցիչներ

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն աշխատանքային հանդիպում է ունեցել ուսուցչի հերթական (պարտադիր) ատեստավորման նպատակով վերապատրաստում իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Քննարկվել են պարտադիր ատեստավորումից առաջ հանրակրթական դպրոցների ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման նոր մոտեցումները:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ԿԳՄՍՆ հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Արսեն Բաղդասարյանը, «Կրթության զարգացման և նորարարությունների ազգային կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի (ԿԶՆԱԿ) տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Արտաշես Թորոսյանը, հանրակրթության վարչության ներկայացուցիչներ:

Նախարարի տեղակալ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը նշել է, որ սահմանված գլխավոր նպատակն ազատ և բաց մրցակցային միջավայրի ձևավորումն է, որը պետք է հագեցնի հերթական ատեստավորումից առաջ իրականացվող վերապատրաստումների որակական բարելավմանը: Փաստելով, որ նախարարությունը երաշխավորել է 48 վերապատրաստող կազմակերպություն և շուրջ 30 դասընթաց, նա նշել է, որ ուսուցիչները հնարավորություն ունեն ընտրելու նշված կազմակերպություններից և դասընթացներից որևէ մեկը:

«Ստեղծված են նախադրյալներ` ուսուցչի վերապատրաստման դասընթացների մեխանիզմը կատարելագործելու և նորովի գործարկելու համար»,- նշել է նախարարի տեղակալը` միաժամանակ կարևորելով ի հայտ եկած խնդիրները քննարկելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Նա նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ անցյալ տարի պարտադիր ատեստավորման նպատակով վերապատրաստվել են շուրջ 6700 ուսուցիչներ, այս տարի նախատեսվում է ավելի քան 14 000 ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստում: Փոփոխություններ են կատարվել ուսուցչի վերապատրաստման և կազմակերպությունների երաշխավորման կարգերում:

«Փորձել ենք հնարավորինս կրճատել գործընթացի թղթաբանությունը: Մեր հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակը, փոփոխություններով պայմանավորված, աշխատանքային և կազմակերպական հարցերի քննարկումն է»,- նշել է նախարարի տեղակալը:

Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ հայտարարված է մրցույթ` երաշխավորված կազմակերպությունների ցանկի համալրման նպատակով, որին կարող են մասնակցել նախարարության սահմանած չափանիշներին բավարարող բոլոր կազմակերպությունները:

Նրա խոսքով՝ նախարարությունը որպես հիմնական պահանջ կարևորում է վերապատրաստման դասընթացների առկա ձևաչափով կազմակերպումը` հաշվի առնելով դրանց բարձր արդյունավետությունը: Հեռավար եղանակով վերապատրաստումները, ըստ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի, կարող են ընդունելի լինել բացառիկ դեպքերում` լուրջ հիմնավորումներ ներկայացնելու դեպքում:

ԿԶՆԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Արտաշես Թորոսյանը ներկայացրել է վերապատրաստման դասընթացների և կազմակերպությունների ներկայացրած հաշվետվությունների դիտարկման արդյունքները:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ծավալվել է արդյունավետ երկխոսություն. կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները հարցեր են ուղղել վերապատրաստման ծրագրի, ֆինանսավորման և այլ խնդիրների վերաբերյալ:

Նշենք, որ ուսուցչի հերթական ատեստավորման նպատակով վերապատրաստող կազմակերպության՝ սահմանված չափանիշներին համապատասխանությունը որոշում է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված հանձնաժողովը: Հերթական (պարտադիր) ատեստավորումից առաջ ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստումն օրենսդրական պահանջ է:
