Այսօր Վերաքննիչ դատարանում տեղի է ունենալու Հադրութի Տումի գյուղի բնակիչ Դավիթ Ավագյանի գործով առաջին նիստը: Ավագյանի փաստաբանի խոսքով՝ իրենք հույս էլ չունեն, որ խափանման միջոցը կփոխվի: 

Երեկ Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ հերթական նիստին Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ հաղորդում ներկայացրեց, որից հետո «Արցախի Արդարություն» կուսակցության անդամ Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը վերջինիս հարց ուղղեց Դավիթ Ավագյանի վերաբերյալ, ում այս օրերին ձերբակալել են՝ «աբսուրդի հասնող» պատճառաբանություններով.

«Գործում գրված է՝ Երևանում մշտական բնակության վայր չունենալու պատճառով, երբ Դավիթն իրենց իսկ կողմից հանձնված Հադրութի Տումի գյուղից է, որտեղ ուներ իր իսկ ձեռքերով կառուցած բավականին գեղեցիկ տուն: Այնուհետև, հասկանալով, որ այդ պատճառաբանությամբ չեն կարող Դավիթին երկար պահել անազատության մեջ, վերագրել են խուլիգանության հոդված, որն ակնհայտ կեղծիք է և սպիտակ թելով կարված է մյուս գործին: Դավիթը երեք անչափահաս տղայի հայր է, ովքեր իր խնամքի տակ են, և անհասկանալի է՝ ինչպես է այս ընթացքում ապահովվում այդ երեխաների կեցությունը: 

Դավիթն այն եզակի դեմքերից է, ովքեր նաև հավաքական կերպարն են արցախյան երրորդ պատերազմի՝ ի հակառակ հայաստանյան այս իշխանությունների, ովքեր ներկայացնում էին, որ Արցախը պարտվեց և ոչ թե հանձնվեց այն պատճառով, որ բոլորը փախչում էին: Դավիթը մինչև վերջին վայրկյանը, չվախենալով մահից, պայքարել է և կենդանի է մնացել Աստծո կամքով: Դավիթի նմանների թիկունքում այս իշխանությունները պարզապես հանձնել են նրանց հայրենիքը, իսկ հիմա ձերբակալում են»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց պատգամավորը:

Հակոբյանի խոսքով՝ այս օրերին ոչ մի ձերբակալություն պատահական չի լինում. վերևներում շատ լավ գիտեն, որ հենց այս մարդիկ են հասնելու արդարության հաստատմանը և հերթով չեզոքացնում են.

«Այդ շարքում է նաև Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, ում ձերբակալությունը ևս պարզապես աբսուրդ է: Ստացվում է այնպես, որ հայրենասիրությունը, հայրենիքի համար պայքարը հանցագործություն են և այդ առումով օբյեկտիվ ձևակերպումներ տալը ևս հանցագործություն է այս իշխանությունների օրոք: 

Չեմ ուզում ապօրինի կալանավորվածներից որևէ մեկին առանձնացնել. մենք պետք է համախմբվենք և մեր պայքարի մեջ ևս մեկ կետ ավելացնենք՝ մեր հայրենակիցների ազատության կետը: Իհարկե, մենք հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով պայքարում ենք նրանց համար, սակայն հասկանում ենք և չենք զարմանում, որ հենց այսպես պետք է լիներ: Այս իշխանությունների օրոք այլ կերպ լինել ուղղակի չէր կարող:

Եվ սա ևս մեզ պետք է բերի այն համոզմանը, որ օր առաջ պետք է ազատվենք իրենցից, որովհետև, հակառակ դեպքում, ամեն օր այս շարքն ավելանալու է: Իրենք սրբություն չունեն, զոհվածի հորը, հարազատին կալանավորելու են, փորձելու են մեկուսացնել, որպեսզի իրենք իրենց սև գործն ավարտին հասցնեն: Սրան էլ եթե գումարենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից ճնշումները, տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ այս իշխանություններն արդեն կյանքի ու մահվան կռիվ են տալիս, որտեղ բոլոր միջոցներն արդարացված են իրենց համար»:
