ԱԱԾ նոր բացահայտումը
VIDEOՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, կոռուպցիայի հակազդման ուղղությամբ տարվող հետևողական աշխատանքների շրջանակներում ակտիվորեն համագործակցելով ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի հետ, բացահայտել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափի կաշառք պահանջելու և ստանալու դեպք:
Մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնտեսական անվտանգության և կոռուպցիայի հակազդման դեպարտամենտում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալների հիման վրա ձեռնարկված համալիր օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի նախկին ՀԿԳ քննիչի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Ս.Ս-ն (աշխատանքից ազատվել է ս.թ. հունվարին), հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, պետական մարմնում՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում մշտապես իրականացնելով իշխանության ներկայացուցչի գործառույթներ, իր վարույթում քննվող՝ սպանության փաստով հարուցված քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Հ.Ա-ին մեղսագրվող մեղադրանքը առավել նվազ ժամկետով ազատազրկում նախատեսող հոդվածով փոփոխելու համար, վերջինիս մորից՝ Ա.Ա-ից պահանջել և ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ շուրջ 19.400.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 40.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք-գումար:
Նույն միջոցառումների շրջանակներում պարզվել է, որ Ս.Ս-ն իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում իր վարույթում քննվող մեկ այլ քրեական գործով մեղադրյալի օգտին որոշակի գործողություններ կատարելու համար վերջինիս հորից ստացել է շուրջ 230.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 500 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք-գումար:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ում նախապատրաստված նյութերը օրենքով սահմանված կարգով փոխանցվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե, որտեղ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, 312-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում իրականացված օպերատիվ-քննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ս.թ. մայիսի 17-ին վերը նկարագրված դեպքերով անցնող անձինք բերման են ենթարկվել ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե:
Ս.Ս-ն և գործով անցնող ևս մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել են: Նախաքննության մարմնի կողմից իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքերի հանգամանքների ամբողջական պարզաբանման ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
